I recently hired Elfa Cleaning and Simon's team for an end-of-tenancy clean for a 1-bedroom flat, and they did a fantastic job. They managed to remove carpet stains and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. What really stood out was that they also cleaned items that usually cost extra — like the oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, and tumble dryer — and it was all included in their price. They were punctual, communicated well throughout, and their service was about 30-45% cheaper than other quotes I received, including both local companies and those from London. Elfa Cleaning works in multiple cities, including London and Surrey, and I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!

We used Elfa for a deep clean of the kitchen in our new house which had years and years of dirt and grime from the previous resident. The Elfa team lead by Andreas did a superb job - they left it like a new kitchen including a very thorough clean of the oven. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from a 1st class Cleaning Company. Job was an end of tenancy deep clean and was quite difficult. Property hadn't been deep cleaned for approximately 12 years. Elfa did a superb job overall in cleaning up the property. Communication was excellent. Fabio/Natasha kept us fully informed throughout the process. Would highly recommend Elfa to anyone requiring local cleaning services. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.

Not a single complaint, what a great service!

Hello, I contacted this service as I found it advertised in the CHECK A TRADE. I asked Fabio, who took my phone call for a clean of my terracotta floor; he asked me to send him photos, which I did, and explained the state of my floor. I told him that my floor is clean, I only need professional help with the watermarks and grease stains and then the sealing. He reassured me that they will sort those out and gave me a sensible quote, so we booked a day for the cleaning. On the day a gentleman has arrived; nice and personable, but he obviously did not know much about terracotta floors. I asked him what he uses for the sealing, he did not know, so he rang Fabio whose answer on this occasion was that no sealer is needed for the terracotta! However, the gentleman tried to clean the watermarks and the grease stains, with no improvement whatsoever. In the end he apologised that he could not make a difference to my floor and left. Despite no difference to my floor, and ill advice regarding the sealing, I was asked to pay a third of the price. Although I cannot speak for any other areas of their business, I would not recommend them for the terracotta floor cleaning as they obviously do not know what they are doing.

Used ELFA twice for a clean of our rented 2 Bed maisonette in Guildford. Fabio was accommodating with availability and generally easy to speak with. I thought the price was fair for the time and man power required. The guys doing the work were on the whole thorough and efficient with the work and always polite to me. A struggle I encountered was checking the property at the end with a language barrier between me and the cleaners showing me around, as the odd details missed I generally didn't feel comfortable with pointing out. Not a deal breaker (I did rebook them!) as others may be better at insisting on corrections. Thank you ELFA!

Poorly managed and unprofessional operation. Seem to arrive consistently late, and are operated in an almost bully way, one of the basic ways to be professional is to accept criticism and learn from your mistakes rather than bully your clients, which is clearly reflected by the way you answer criticism even online. It is very obvious that your only positive stars are your own and those of your own team. Just learn, don`t bully your clients and don't bully your employees even less in front of your clients, it is so wrong.

Poor service and a scam, they charge for services they do late and wrongly and with allegations to be 5 star-rated everywhere, when the true is that they vote for themselves. Actually one of the votes is even made by Elfa Cleaning Ltd and signed as 'Mr Mo Hook', these ranks are so childish, I wish I had checked before arranging any works with you.

I've never left a review before as I rarely have any issues, but had to for this. They charged £50, showed up late, and left after 45 minutes. Results attached, which were very poor as you'll see! Manager agreed to bring them back after I chased, and this time they were 90 minutes late. Far from the 'deep clean' you'd be looking for but improved second time round. However, two of the staff were also concerningly young which also made me feel uncomfortable. Manager then sent a sarcastic follow up message quoting me after I called them unprofessional, which was unnecessary as I was reasonable throughout. Will never use again & would highly recommend you go elsewhere!

Asked for an end of tenancy clean. Friendly, but charges extra for everything. Will not even empty household bins without charging extra. Their optional carpet cleaning is not worth it, get dedicated professionals.
