I recently had my 12ft above ground pool installed by Neptune Pools and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A big thank you to Lee and his team who did an excellent job with the installation. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The pool was installed carefully and everything was set up perfectly. They also took the time to make sure everything was safe, level, and ready to use before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism shown throughout the job. I would highly recommend Neptune Pools to anyone looking for a reliable and professional pool installation service. Thank you again to Lee and the team for doing such a fantastic job!

I was repeatedly beeped and jeered at by a Neptune swimming pools van while walking down Hursley road. This sort of laddish behaviour is why young women don’t feel safe or welcome walking around their own neighbourhoods.

It's a pity you've chosen to equate a momentary lapse of attention by a diligent mask wearer to a wilful attempt to exterminate the population of the greater Southampton area but that's Covid, innit. Brings out the very worst in some would-be law enforcers. Compare and contrast: A) Customer: *walks into empty store, man appears in doorway five metres away* Man in doorway: "Gorrafacemask". Customer: *sighs in exasperation at own stupidity* "agh, yes, I um, it's" Man in doorway: "GorraFaCeMaSk!" *gestures at shop door* Customer: "I'll go somewhere else". B) Customer: *walks into empty store, man appears in doorway five metres away* Man in doorway: "Do you have a face mask?" Customer: *sighs in exasperation at own stupidity* "agh, yes, I um, it's" Man in doorway: "only I'm afraid it's mandatory for customers to wear one". Customer: "Of course, it's in the car, I'll just grab it" *steps outside, returns wearing mask* Man in doorway: "Thank you". Customer: *spends money* Not difficult, is it? And there's certainly no need to deflect attention from your inadequacies by making wild accusations about a customer's intentions. Original review: Sounded promising on the phone but I absent mindedly forgot my face mask when I went into the store and was ushered charmlessly off the premises, ironically by somebody wearing a tatty old rag as PPE, while I was still figuring out the best way to proceed. I found the chemicals I needed elsewhere locally for a similar price and I certainly wouldn't want to enter into any form of contract with this frosty lot. I'm amused that the sign on the door (in a picture posted by another reviewer) warns of illegal action being taken should you park outside their shop. Says it all, really.

Spent a small fortune recently on chemicals for my small above ground pool. A great local family run business with deep knowledge and even test my sample water so we came keep the pool optimum. Helped fix a cloudy pool before the weather changed... I would recommend them.

I was experiencing a problem with my pool filter with the issue being diagnosed as 'time to change the filter media'. Neptune Swimming Pools found an early slot for me and their operative turned up promptly at the agreed time. He cleared out the old media, cleaned the filter, replaced the old laterals and even made sure a new lid and o-ring was fitted. One last clean up, all debris removed from site and he was gone. Wonderful, extremely professional service and I look forward to dealing with this company again.

Living in Southampton, thought I would try this store over an issue I was having and a part I required. The lady was somewhat unhelpful and quite condescending. It may have been judgemental as I was in work gear but I will not be going back.

Always helpful and willing to share their vast experience, I go here for products for my hot tub and I've not had a problem yet. No idea if the prices are competitive but I'd rather buy local and have the support available when I need it! Currently operating a collection service as well as their usual delivery mail order system. I was passing and managed to speak to someone through the doorway to ask for what I wanted so that was excellent and Covid compliant.

Family owned swimming pool building & renovating business. Shop also sells swimming pool supplies a long with swimming accessories (goggles, inflatables etc). Open Saturdays until 14.00 between May and August.

May I say what a fantastic job the team from Neptune Swimming Pools have done in returning our swimming pool back to being fully operational and looking truly first class. Each of the site visits made by the team were timely and professional, polite and courteous, concluding every time with a full clean-up of the site. Due to matters concerning my engagement with a previous supplier (Ringwood based) my faith and confidence had been severely questioned, rendering me extremely wary and very sceptical of future pool suppliers. However my engagement with Neptune Swimming Pools has successfully restored my faith, and above all else with full credit to the team instilled great confidence in achieving a job well done. I have just had my pool replaced by Neptune and cannot fault the service they provided. I have high standards and Neptune comfortably surpassed them. Lee was extremely helpful in showing me a range of options whilst the team on site (led by Pete and including Steph) were exceptional for their hard work, attention to detail and their highly professional attitude. They genuinely cared about the end product. They left the area tidy and clean each day but particularly at weekends so the garden could still be used. I did not ask them to do this. I cannot commend Pete highly enough. The office staff are always very friendly and helpful as well. It is a real pleasure to deal with Neptune and I would recommend them to anyone. An absolutely excellent service.
