Benchmark Property Services Ltd

Patio was in need of a professional clean, selected a couple of companies based on online reviews and submitted quotation requests, including photos. First company merely replied on Whats App ‘£X to clean and re-sand area as per supplied photos’. Benchmark Property Services asked to perform a site survey before quoting, checked outdoor tap flow rate, measured the area to be cleaned with an electronic device, reviewed the patio / site, identified any potential drainage issues, explained the cleaning / re-sanding / final clean up process and provided a detailed written quotation, including a site survey report. The different approach between the two towards service delivery was striking plus the Benchmark quoted was very competitive so making the choice easy. Very satisfied with the final result. Cleaning executed by a company using professional equipment with a quality assurance approach and technical awareness and who are punctual and responsive

This week Benchmark Property Services Ltd worked alongside us on a large commercial render and brick cleaning project. Great guys, super helpful with a fantastic work ethic. Highly recommend for these services 👌

What a brilliant service. I was contemplating getting my patio repaved but John did an amazing job of making my slabs look like new. I would definitely recommend. I am delighted with the result

Excellent experience after I phoned to enquire about cleaning my resin driveway. John soon came and explained in detail exactly what needed doing and produced the best and detailed quotation for an outside job that I've ever seen. Reasonable pricing too. The resulting work was efficiently carried out and I couldn't be more pleased. A pleasure to see someone take real pride in the job with an engaging personality to match. Total satisfaction. No hesitation in recommending.

After six years of accumulated dirt and grime we now have block paving and a patio which look like new. Also white window frames gutters etc. now gleaming. An excellent job very professional and friendly service.

Amazing results John cleaned my guttering soffits and patio They look brand new I will definitely be using John business each year to keep them looking as pristine as he has left them

Excellent job. Very thorough with attention to detail and each step explained. Would highly recommend

100% delighted with the work John's done for me & fully recommend Benchmark. My Indian sandstone patio is returned to full glory & my glass veranda is sparkling.

5 ⭐️ without question Very professional, extremely high quality work and without the slightest hesitation, I’d happily have back for future work and recommend to friends and family (including you internet people) John’s set up like a proper company, this may sound like a strange statement but in an age of ‘fag packet’ numbers and broad statements made about products & materials, Benchmark is the complete opposite. Not to mention punctual time keeping. We had rear garden cleaned, this included 3 patio areas of mixed surface as well as block paved grass borders. To the front, block paved drive full clean, repointed with sand and sealed. The photographs don’t really do the result justice, however I can tell you that after being on an annual moss & weed chase myself each spring for the last 2-3 yrs, I never got close to the finish of either space Extremely hot weather and my own circumstances presented delays and the need to re-think the process of work, 100% outside of John’s control but he remained as flexible, starting 5am on resealing drive day to beat the sun and 30 degree temperature forecast. We will see John again for gutters and fascias in the not too distant future I’m sure I received a detailed, fully itemised quote as well as a summary of work to be complete. Pricing is very competitive which based on overall experience I’d consider to be excellent value for money.

John is the best example of a true professional. He uses the most up-to-date equipment however his prices are still competitive. He is very personable, tidy and does an excellent job.

Recently had all of my gutters and facias cleaned by Benchmark Property Services along with moss removal and bio treatment. Couldn't be more happier with the service and results. John from BPS came out to survey what was required and provided a detailed quote. Price agreed , work was carried out over 2 days, very professional, absolutely no mess , house looks new again. I would certainly recommend Benchmark Property Services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were so pleased with the work John did for us, he is very professional, and polite. We choose to have the patio cleaned professionaly, and it looks amazing with the colours now showing. We can definitely recommend and give 5 stars

John jet washed our patio and block paved driveway, sealed and re-pointed the patio and re-sanded the drive. We were really pleased with the results, the quality of the work and communications throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Benchmark Property Services again in future.

Excellent pressure washing service! John was professional and did a fantastic job. My driveway and patio look like new again. Great attention to detail and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

thank you for your excellent workmanship

Fantastic service. John a real professional and I fully recommend

If you’re thinking of having any external work done then John is the man to book! I contacted John for a patio power-wash enquiry, we had black stubborn spots which would not come off despite trying my hardest. John / Benchmark was the only buisness (out of 4 I contacted in total!) to come out and get an accurate measurement of the patio / see the condition and was the only buisness to ask if we had pets and provided advice. The patio looks brand new!!! I genuinely have never seen it looking so good and even my partner couldn’t believe it (and he’s usually the most unobservant person ever lol!). John is punctual, reliable and professional. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone. THANK YOU JOHN! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very professional service from John throughout the process. Communication was very good and I am very pleased with the outcome and high standard of the driveway and roof clean. Would highly recommend Benchmark Property Services

Brilliant job and now just like new again. Thanks

Without any exaggeration, John (Benchmark Property Services) is the most thorough, careful, and professional patio cleaner I have ever encountered (and over the decades I've used many!). He takes great pride in his work and in the business he owns. He has the attitude and all the knowledge and relevant professional equipment needed to deliver a top-quality service and finished product. He is also cheerful, friendly, helpful and informative. The attached photos are but a few of the many equally impressive "before and after" shots that I have (in total our paved area is about 150 square metres). All has come up superbly. So, my wife and I send our thanks to John for his excellent work, together with our best wishes to him for the future. We'll be using him again in years to come and are pleased to highly recommend him to others.

We have just had John from Benchmark Property services to clear out our gutters and clean all of our gutters facias and conservatory. John was punctual and very thorough in his work, our house now looks so much fresher with all our white plastic so much cleaner and brighter.

A really great service pressure washing a large slabbed driveway and various paths including a pure water window and door clean afterwards plus a treatment that continues to tackle any stubborn black spot. John was very communicative, turned up exactly when agreed and did a really great job, am extremely pleased with the results. Highly recommended to anyone

John at Benchmark Property Services did an amazing job pressure washing two patio areas for me. They were heavily covered in algae and lichen, but after his work, the difference was like night and day! When John sent me the side-by-side before-and-after photos, the transformation was so evident—it was like having brand-new patios. The whole space looks so much brighter and cleaner. John has a great can-do attitude and takes real care in his work. He was professional, friendly, and delivered outstanding results. I highly recommend Benchmark to anyone needing exterior cleaning – you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve used Benchmark Property Services for a few projects now, and they have always done a fantastic job. John has been my main contact, and he is professional, reliable, and takes real pride in his work. From pressure washing to gutter and roof cleaning, everything is always completed to a high standard. The results speak for themselves! The customer service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they take the time to explain the job and processes. I highly recommend Benchmark to anyone looking for top-quality exterior cleaning – you can have full confidence in their work. Thanks again, John and the team!

John from Benchmark came to clear my gutters, they've never been so clean, it's absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was left clean and tidy. He even cleared out the driveway ACO drains too. I've booked in again for next year.

I can thoroughly recommend John who has done a fantastic job of clearing my hard-to-reach gutters. The photos show how bad my gutters were before his efforts, and how clear they now are. In addition John is a really nice, bright and helpful person.

John cleaned, re-sanded and sealed my block paving driveway. He was great to deal with from start to finish and the driveway now looks brill. He was so professional, that I booked him again to clean my gutters. Top man.

John came to clear our gutters and did a great job. He showed me pictures of before and afterwards, and was a perfect professional throughout.
