I recently hired Loola, the team was professional, punctual, and their attention to detail was amazing. Highly recommend Loola for anyone seeking exceptional results

Exceptional Cleaning Service!” I hired Loola Cleaning Company to clean my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I contacted them, the process was smooth and professional. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and ready to work. They paid attention to every detail, leaving my house spotless and fresh. The staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful of my home. They went above and beyond, even cleaning areas I hadn’t thought of. I was impressed with their efficiency and the quality of their work. It felt amazing to come home to such a clean and tidy space. I highly recommend Loola Cleaning Company to anyone looking for reliable and thorough cleaning services. I will definitely be using them again!

Cleaners were very friendly and cleaning itself went much faster than expected whilst also being really good, will definitely be contacting them again if I need more cleaning done.

Hired Loola clean team for a end of tenancy clean and they did an excellent job. They also cleaned the flat I have moved into and they did a great job. Price was good cheaper than other quotes I had from other businesses. The manager very reassuring and I asked me for a list and what I want cleaned. Also the manager called me after the clean to check if I was happy with the clean and if they missed anything out but they did a perfect job.

Cleaners came for first time yesterday - did an excellent job. Very happy - hoping they’ll be coming back v.soon.

Safa and her team did a great job of helping me out with a last minute post tenancy clean. Would recommend!

Update on 10/07/2024: Please also see the daring and disgusting response of the business to my review. Just goes to show what kind of people/swindlers you would be dealing with. I am in no doubt their 5 star reviews are all fabrication just like their response to me. Avoid by all means possible and dont be fooled by so called 5 star fake reviews like I did. Original review: Disgraceful behaviour and ZERO customer services. appalling service using the same dirty cloth for cleaning the toilet, then the shower and the sink ... It was very expensive too compared to other cleaners. Threatened me with legal action upon my complaint. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid like a plaque

Loola Cleaning Services did a fantastic job at cleaning my apartment. She cares about her staff and customers. I would highly recommend their services to others, Excellent value for money

Highly recommended ! Very pleased with the cleaning services and overall experience as a first time customer. Loola left my apartment spotless! Definitely will be a repeat customer, thank you very much.

They did an absolutely amazing job, they helped tidy and not just clean!! Professional and completed in a very good time frame considering the high quality of the clean. Would definitely recommend!

Safa and her team are very friendly and professional, pricing is fair and made time to fit me in with relatively short notice- very much appreciated!

Excellent service for deep clean. Safa was pleasant and helpful throughout. Her team was well resourced and managed. Sufficient time allowed to do a proper thorough job. Fair price! Thank you.

Great staff very respectful and they done a really good job i definitely recommend them

I couldn’t be happier, incredibly last minute request for a clean, Loola made it work despite a busy schedule, I’m very grateful. Both were delightful in person as well. The place looks amazing, can highly recommend!

Recently moved to a new property and asked for a deep clean. The services provided were brilliant and might i add, very friendly people. Would highly recommend Loola Cleaning for your next house cleaning.

I've been relying on Loola's for my cleaning needs for the past few years, and their consistent excellence has made them an indispensable part of my routine. The level of professionalism and attention to detail they bring to each cleaning session is truly commendable. Whether it's a routine cleaning or addressing specific requests, their team consistently exceeds my expectations. Over the years, I've developed a sense of trust in their services, appreciating their reliability and the sparkling results they consistently deliver. The fair and transparent pricing, coupled with their commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, has made [Cleaning Company Name] an invaluable partner in keeping my home a clean and comfortable haven. Thank you for the outstanding service over the years!

Firstly, Safa is AMAZING. I was rushing to get my student accommodation cleaned because the previous tenant left it in an awfully deplorable state. Found them on google and booked them for a deep cleaning a day before I had to move in. When I booked them, Safa responded within a hour. The cleaners - a male employee and Safa, herself, were very punctual and arrived early with their heavy duty equipment. They made sure to disinfect and clean my entire studio room, getting all the hair from the nooks and crannies out. All the previous stains from the bathroom and fridge were gone. I was quoted £200 but I would say it was worth every single pound. Highly recommended, they do emergency cleanings and respond quickly as well. If you want efficient, prompt, professional and reliable cleaning services. Look for Loola Cleaning Services and most importantly, look for Safa. Absolute legend. She’s heaven sent.

Great service, I had to organise an emergency clean and the team responded very fast and clean my property to a high standard. I will be using these guys again. Good work and fair prices.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the magic of Loola Cleaning, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of a game-changer! Picture this: a place that's been neglected for years, machines that seemed beyond repair, and an overall atmosphere that made you cringe. Enter Loola Cleaning – our absolute saviors! From the get-go, their professionalism shone through. It wasn't just a cleaning service; it was like having superheroes for our space. The mess, the stench – you name it, they conquered it. I couldn't believe the transformation in just four days! It went from a chaotic disaster zone to a spotless haven. What struck me most was their attention to detail. Those machines, (attached to this review) which once looked like relics of neglect, now gleamed as if they were brand new. It's not just a cleaning service; it's a restoration project led by wizards of cleanliness. Choosing Loola Cleaning was the best decision we made, hands down. If you're on the fence about hiring them, take my word for it – they'll turn your cleaning nightmares into success stories. Kudos to the Loola team for making the impossible not only possible but downright impressive!

Did an amazing job on the place and arrived timely when we needed it urgently. Would recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional cleaning service, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The attention to detail exhibited by the cleaning team was truly impressive. The team's professionalism and work ethic were evident from the moment they arrived. I highly recommend this cleaning service to anyone in search of a reliable, thorough, and customer-focused experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They were very professional, amazing quality cleaning, definitely having them again. highly recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommend. Fast and kind service. Spotless. I’m so grateful I’ve found this company. Will definitely be a frequent customer. Thank you so very much

I went through I bout of depression, and laziness where I struggled to clean anything, and these ladies did an amazing job is turning my house into a HOME. Could not be more grateful 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Hard working, reliable and trustworthy.

Very unprofessional company that charges 19 pounds per hour ! would not recommend and embarrassed that I booked them for someone.

I am extremely unsatisfied with this service. 30 minutes after the cleaner was supposed to arrive, she called me and told me she was going to be an hour late. She showed up two hours later than we had agreed upon originally. It took her three hours to do a surface clean of some of my apartment, and then she left and told me someone else would come. I called the manager with no answer and after waiting two hours was told she would finish another job and come later in the evening. I had an appointment and couldn’t wait any longer so I finished the job myself and told them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Such an unprofessional company They make promises that they can’t fulfill We paid a deposit agreeing on a certain date and time and they canceled last minute while our family are waiting in the hotel waiting for the house to be cleaned I pray that no one falls in the same trap

We've been using Loola cleaning services for a few months now and we have been so pleased. They've been very responsive and if I haven't been happy with anything at all, they are quick to fix it. Great cleaning service. Thank you! :)

Also, Easy going, they follow all the instructions. The team is friendly especially Abdul Kader and his friend ' a perfect duo'. I will absolutely look for their service again.

Fantastic job

Loola Cleaning Services transformed my flat. Their communication was excellent throughout and they are very reasonably priced for what they do. Lots of service options and they are incredibly flexible and will even try to fit you in last minute if they can. The cleaning itself was amazing and they left everything sparkling. Highly recommend them and I've signed myself up for monthly cleans (that's how impressed I am!).

I have been working with the team at Loola Cleaning Services for 3 months in my Airbnb business. They are extremely professional in every way. They are always on time and complete the cleans to an extremely high standard. They are an important part of my business and consistently go above and beyond to provide the best possible service. This has also included last minute cleans and unexpected clean ups after particularly messy guests. All in all, I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Respect, my situation was so bad. My house was like a messed warehouse. Well Loola’s came in and made it glory. Respect and value.

Amazing! Our ovens were a mess and with hard work - Loola Cleaning had them shining bright and looking brand new. We also used them for a deep clean and it came out great. They work hard and are thorough. Highly recommend!

So unprofessional, no clear information about payment. Sent me an invoice triple the price than expected and an incorrect rate. Very sly and very unprofessional. Would never recommend this company to anyone! The girls who came were really nice and cleaned the house well unfortunately but the company itself is the worst cleaning company we have ever dealt with.

Really thorough cleaning, very friendly and kind would definitely recommend using Safa!
