RD Cleaning Services (Bournemouth) - Bournemouth, Dorset

Ralph and his team perform a great service . My two bedroom flat needed a deep clean for an emergency last minute let . The cleaning team arrived early and worked their magic through out the property . Everything was scrubbed clean inside and out including the windows etc. a great job done on the cooker , it looked brand new . As well as being hard workers they are kind and jovial people to spend a stressful day getting the job done . They finished bang on time and left the place as clean as a whistle . A great service , I would have no hesitation on recommending these guys . Thank you 👌🏽🙏👊🏻

The team are professional and take pride in the work they do . I always look forward to how the property looks and feels after they have worked their magic. Genuinely good people as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough

We would certainly use Ralph and his team again. Very personable, professional, punctual and trustworthy. The team were confronted with a particularly difficult cleaning task that they had not encountered before and in order not to damage any fragile surfaces they overcame this by working additional hours and thus ensured that the overall job was a complete success.

Very good for end of tenancy cleaning, reasonably priced and very thorough service.

Great service they Ralph and his team do a amazing job and have great eye for detail. Even my friends and family and people I have recommended them to are also happy and grateful for the work they do. Keep up the good work!

Hire 3 cleaners to do a deep clean of a five bedroom house and 3 bedroom flat. Fantastic service from start to finish, both places were spotless. Thanks Ralph!

Fab service. Super clean. Very flexible. Thank you!

I received a cleaning service from RD Cleaning right before moving into my new home. Before agreeing to offer me their services, they asked me detailed questions on the phone to have a better idea of my flat and prepare themselves well for the cleaning day. On the cleaning day, the lady was here right on time, and completed the cleaning in 5-6 hours. I was very satisfied with the cleaning she did. I will definitely ask for their services again later on. Thanks again!

Excellent general clean

Great service

Used this company for an end of tenancy clean and really glad I did. Ralph was extremely polite and helpful and between him and the girls did a fantastic job of my flat. After nearly five years with a single male occupant let’s just say some of the cleaning had been a tad neglected, the place now looks pretty much like it did when I first moved in. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again for another end of tenancy or just a general clean. 5*

Excellent, friendly, professional

I needed our large house cleaning at short notice after a tenancy, Ralph responded quickly to my request with a clear quote and he and his team completed to job to a high standard 2 days later. Great job and great communication! I’ll definitely be using them again.

Excellent level of service I believe a trustworthy and reliable cleaning company provides to it's customers. If anyone is thinking of using this company for their cleaning needs, I highly recommend them. AAA+++

We been working with RD cleaning team for few month now. Their team are always on time and does a good job in our holiday let property. If we ask something extra to clean or pay attention to something more, it is always a positive yes and the job will be done. We are happy with the services and recommended to others.

We’ve been using RD Cleaning to do a weekly clean for the past 5 months. I’m always super happy with their service, the house looks amazing once they’re done! They’re flexible when I need to switch days or increase/decrease hours, and respond quickly to emails. I was a little apprehensive about getting a cleaner (our first time!) but am so pleased we have! Highly recommend.

They did an end of tenancy clean for us on a 3 bed bungalow. They were bang on time, left the place absolutely immaculate and were quite a bit cheaper than another company I contacted. Highly recommended!

The girls arrive on time and they clean my house in a few hours. They bring their own products but use my vacuum cleaner. I am very happy with the service and it is a pleasure to have them in my home.

Service was carried out efficiently and calmly and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met

Excellent, professional and prompt service. The cleaners were lovely, polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend and I shall be using them again.

RAV - the rudest person I ever spoke to Update after reply: I called about my mother having a 3 bed semi detached house for full clean and you replied were busy enough thanks. You need to learn telephone manner and not be rude to new customers....

Ralph was Professionaĺ Polìte and respoñdèd quìckly. Team arrived promptly and carried out a high standard of cleaning Will use their service again in near future

Prompt and polite

Great service, flat was very clean

The ladies who work for Ralph are very hard working, polite, on time and cheerful. The standard of work is excellent. I highly recommend RD Cleaning Services to anyone. Ray, a very satisfied customer.

Absolutely incredible service, able to come at short notice, gave a competitive quote and made it clear what I would get and went above and beyond. Arrived promptly and began immediately. The kindest and most hard working person did my deep clean. Exceptional results - not a spot missing. Absolutely fully recommend this service. Thank you

I was very impressed with my first service from RD Cleaning. The apartment looks immaculate. I look forward to using this service on a regular basis moving forward and would thoroughly recommend.

One off clean of kitchen; responded rapidly to first contact and scheduled work the following day. Operative arrived ahead of booked time and worked tirelessly for the whole of 3 hour session booked. Excellent result.

Friendly people, arrived promptly, finished in very good time. Arrived to open the door then left them to it and came back a few hours later when finished Did a great job - would recommend and would use again

My tenant left my property in a terrible state. The cleaners did a great job and followed my instructions to the letter. They were very responsive and were able to act quickly. I would recommend them

Great cleaning service, always do a fantastic job. RD cleaners are reliable and always on time. Highly recommend

I have been having cleaning services on a bi-weekly basis recently and am very impressed with Ralph and his team. They provide a thorough clean and are prompt on arrival and professional. The house is always sparkling when they leave- I would recommend!

Really great service and they went the extra mile. Would use again

Disgraceful business. We only used this company as our regular cleaners were fully booked and it was our busiest time of the year dealing with 100+ student changeovers. They did a below-average clean which the students reluctantly accepted, then invoiced us and almost immediately started aggressively chasing payment. They threatened legal action after a week and when we paid at the beginning of the following month - at the same time as we paid every other contractor - they demanded extra money for "legal fees", even after I told them I'd been dealing with an unexpected suicide! We work with hundreds of properties and strongly recommend that you do not use this cleaning company. There are loads of much better choices in Bournemouth.

RD Cleaning have been great, we use them regularly for our holiday let, sometimes 3 times in a week. The cleaners are always on time, provide a thorough cleaning service, housekeeping service and communication with them is always great. We can highly recommend them.

A great cleaning company friendly professional and hard working no matter the task a full rage of services Good competitive prices i would highly recommend them they really deserve more than 5 stars

Fantastic cleaning company. Will be getting again!

Company did a very good job but I did not appreciate being threatened with legal action for non payment, 2 days after the job was done.

I am very happy to give a 5 star review The MD Ralph is a very pleasant and extremely efficient business man. His staff are very hard working and willing. If you are looking for a reliable cleaning company this is the one for you

Quality, and excellent job. Hardly recommended. 💯

I felt very comfortable after a party, the house was no longer recognizable, they managed to make it look like new, very polite and accurate staff on the work to be done.

Great service, in time and cover all the house requests

Excellent quality. Flexible with hours. Resolves issues quickly. Couldn't be happier!

An absolute disgrace. Did not deliver the quoted clean and when question became verbally aggressive by text threatening to take legal action. Once I alerted him that he had no legal standing for his claims he began to threaten violence. Out of fear i paid the sum as he knows the address we live at. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. For anyone requiring proof I still have the text messages and will be keeping in case they need to be used as evidence should he follow through on said threats.
