Fantastic service & great value for money

Our whole deep cleaning of our home surpassed its self! Everything is spotless and fresh smelling. Our teenage children do a lot of hauding but the cleaners worked so well with it all no problem! The ladies were really friendly and polite at all times! Im currently in the process of employing them on a fortnightly basis to keep it too such a high standard. Highly recommended. Liz

Excellent service from Merry Maids who cleaned our rented property. Impressed with how they managed to clean the grout in the bathroom. They recommended a grout pen which has helped with some of the older grout. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼☺️

I’ve used Merry Maids twice for spring cleans of the whole house before having people come to stay, the most recent before Christmas. Both times, I have been blown away by how clean everything is, and I don’t know what they use, but everywhere smells amazing, too! The last time, I booked online, which was helpful for a one-off visit and made it easy to arrange around work and family commitments. Rachel and the girls are also lovely, and the extra finishing touches and the way the rooms were left made me want to cling-film the whole house and preserve it in that state. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who wants quality home cleaning and I intend to use them again.

These clowns did a clean for someone I know charged alot of money for a house clean didn't finish the job when they called for merry maids to come back to finish the clean they were told they were going to be charged twice for the 1 job 5 star they are not 1 star at a push companies like this sickens me unfortunately greed nowadays gets you no where

When I first moved in to my new home, I reached out to Merry Maids to get an emergency clean. I booked in the evening for the next day, and was very promptly reached out to by Rachel who was able to arrange a clean the next morning. The girls, Sam and Nat arrived in good time and immediately cracked on. They were polite, but most importantly, extremely diligent and thorough in their cleaning. These girls were on a mission to get my new home spotless. After around 5 hours of non-stop scrubbing, the house was shining. It gave a feeling of calmness and I couldn't help but smile. Thank you Rachel, Nat and Sam for the highest-quality service.

I have a four weekly clean by Natalie & Samantha. They are so thorough & leave me with a clean, sparkling house which smells lovely. They are friendly & cheerful & work non stop all the while they are here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication with Rachel is easy & it seems that if I need to change the appointment she goes out of her way to accommodate me. They are a brilliant team

I’ve been so impressed with the Merry Maids Leicester all round service. Communication has been excellent throughout, they’ve shown really great flexibility to ensure that my preferences were met, they seemed to really care about giving a good service and it was nice to be on the receiving end of that. The cleaning itself was at a such a high standard, you can see the attention to detail and meticulous effort that they put in. Merry Maids Leicester is a premium service with a community heart. The manager, Rachel understands the needs of her customers and aims to provide packages to suit all. She only recruits "maids" that a diligent, compassionate and work to a high standard regardless if it's regular cleaning or "one off deep cleans" . Rachel also prides herself on provided up to date training for all her maids on Alzheimer's and dementia awareness to tailor the highest quality service to some of the most vulnerable. I could not recommend Rachel or the Company highly enough. 5*

Rachel at merry maids made the process extremely easy. She was super professional. And the 2 hour clean they did was exceptional. I will be having them back for a 2 hour clean every 2 weeks. Helps me stay able to be on top of the smaller weekly cleans. But with me having arthritis it becomes very difficult to do the bigger jobs. Thanks again couldn't recommend more!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this just had to be done. The girls have consistently been excellent. I have a clean every 2 weeks and they work solidly and efficiently for 2 hours straight. They arrive promptly, always smiling and nothing at all is any bother. I sometimes have reduced mobility and they always ask if there’s anything additional they can do to help me. I always try and arrange my guests to come after the girls have been and I always get comments about how sparking everywhere is and how amazing it smells. They are credit to their team and should be very proud! 5 stars!
