We got the keys to our new property yesterday and it was absolutely filthy, the team have worked tirelessly today and I cannot believe the difference… the oven was absolutely filthy and it now looks like it has just been installed!! Absolutely amazing job done I am so impressed and will be using the team as our regular cleaners from now on

Very good End of tenancy service .The staff were very efficient and would use again. The rooms were spotless

We’ve had an overall very positive experience with Bella Cleaning Services. The team have always been friendly, polite and reliable, and communication has been excellent throughout. The cleaners worked hard and helped us maintain the house during a very busy period, which we really appreciated. While we’ve decided to move in a different direction going forward, we’re thankful for the service provided and the professionalism shown. I’d happily recommend Bella Cleaning Services to others looking for a friendly and trustworthy cleaning company.

Absolutely fantastic cleaning service. The two ladies did a fantastic job. My sofa and two rugs are like brand new. The oven clean was amazing and it is spotless. The whole experience was wonderful. I will 100% be using this service regularly going forward. This was my first time using a professional cleaning company. They were fantastic and worth every penny!!

I've been using Bella Cleaning for both my home and business for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier with their services. Their teams are lifesaver for busy working women with kids who have no time to tidy their home🏠 😁

Outstanding cleaning service - used for an end of tenancy clean of a three story terrace and it was sparkling clean - including the oven and extractor fan. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been using their services for over a year and they consistently deliver great results. I’m often booked with Mery and Dafi, who both do an excellent job and always bring the good vibes. Gery is also very quick to respond to any messages, which I really appreciate.

Amazing service. The ladies were thorough, friendly, and left our new home absolutely spotless and in perfect condition for us to move into. We will be using them again for sure.

The cleaning service received by bella cleaning team was very professional and good quality work. I will definitely recommend them. Thank you

Very happy with the ladies that came, who were hard-working, thorough and effecient. Cheaper than most, they came at a time when we needed extra help around the house. I particularly appreciated their willingness to be flexible to match my requirements. Worth contacting if you need a good cleaning service.

We had a deep cleaning when we moved house. The team were very helpful and friendly. The quote was thorough and very good price. The team kept us informed about when they were arriving and leaving so I could fit it in around work easily. The cleaning was thorough and very professional and it was lovely to walk into a beautiful clean home. Thank you!

They did an absolutely incredible job of an end of tenancy clean for us. They arrived reliably and they worked so hard. The place looked brand new, nothing was missed, even the oven, freezer, hard to get to corners were all sparkling. Thank you very much.

Just started the first session of regular cleaning and it was great service! They have done a very nice job especially with how I work full time and seldomly had the energy and time to clean my place. The staff were also communicative with both the booking itself and in-person. Would definitely recommend!

I used Bella’s cleaning service for my end of tenancy and these lovely ladies have done an amazing job. Not only were they kind and professional but they were super efficient. Totally recommended

Really wonderful service, highly skilled and friendly - would absolutely recommend and I'll be back!

I would highly recommend Bella Cleaning Services. They were very accommodating when booking the time slot and very helpful when discussing my requirements. Two ladies arrived on time and went about their work happily and professionally; both ladies friendly, polite and caring. The outcome from their work was above my expectations. I thought the price was very good for the standard of service. Using Bella Cleaning Services was a very positive experience for me and I am happy to support them with this recommendation.

One off deep clean, very happy and fast workers. Shall definitely use them for regular cleans in the future. Highly recommend

Many thanks to the team for a fantastic clean today. The property was an ex rental and was in a pretty grim state, especially the kitchen. It felt like a different house when I walked in post clean. Would definitely use again 👍

Wonderful service!! I had two lovely girls (Daphne and Missy) come and clean my place. They were efficient and did a very good job, and they were also so sweet and polite. My place looks (and smells) so much cleaner! I couldn’t recommend a better cleaning service. 10/10

I had cleaners let me down at my air bnb consistently, called Bella's last minute and the guys got in the next morning and solved my issues. Things have ran much smoother since jumping over to the professionals! Only cleaning company I have worked with that are serious about what they do

Great service! Bella is very nise and helpfull, i booked very easy and smooth. The girls are amazing - polite and did great job. I received my full deposit back. Thank you

Bella's cleaning services are outstanding! They are always punctual, provide high-quality work, excellent communication, and Bella is extremely helpful and very easy person to deal with. Each time they complete a clean, the apartment is left spotless. From my experience, there’s honestly no better cleaning company in Birmingham, and I highly recommend them!

They said it'd be £19 per hour but charged me 3 times that because they sent three workers. They cleaned up well mostly other than the fact that things they couldn't be bothered to find a space for was thrown in random drawers or in the bin. Had trash thrown in the bin without being tied up and had spilled everywhere, as well as rubbish around the bin outside. I had offered to throw it out myself. They threw my lighter, toothbrush replacement heads, olive oil, vest, bag of snacks, latex gloves in the bins outside. I just spent time putting the trash into black bags and tying the black bags they had thrown out. I also had to go through what they threw away since they threw things I need e.g. socks. This is not how you clean... Left me work to go through and figure out. Response to the business: My issue isn't the price but that you weren't upfront, it's also not my biggest issue with you. So now you're threatening to violate my privacy by posting pictures of my home before you cleaned it, who is refuting that it was a mess? I hired you for a reason. Now you're lying and claiming I told you to throw everything on the floor away, I asked for all the HANGERS on the floor to be thrown away, but in emails you said nothing but rubbish was thrown away.

Second time using service, lovely team and amazing cleaning each time! Highly recommend 👌

I've tried a lot of cleaning providers before but Bella Cleaning is definitely the best! Always reliable, punctual, hard working, very efficient and thorough, great communication, good value for money. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you, Rachel C
