Bright & Beautiful

My son first booked Bright and Beautiful for a deep clean when I was unwell and not able to clean the house myself. We were both delighted with the service we received and they have now been coming to me once a month for a year. I would highly recommend them. Emily has been very efficient, helpful and friendly., and the team who come to me are friendly, professional and very hard working. Nothing is too much trouble . They are very kind and understanding. I look forward to their monthly visits and the house is sparkling when they leave.😊

Always so happy with the clean and would recommend highly

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a hard working and reliable cleaning firm! I called them up after having a bad experience with another local cleaning company. Emily came out to give me a quote, and was very helpful, thorough and gave me a competitive price. They have been cleaning for me for a couple of months now, and they are extremely reliable, hardworking and clean to a high standard. Very happy with their service!

I cannot recommend Bright & Beautiful Banstead enough. The team are professional, friendly, efficient & offer an outstanding service. They were recommended to me 4 years ago and I have worked with them ever since, they were great with the deep clean when I first moved into my new home and leave my house sparkling every week ✨✨

They listened attentively to my specific cleaning needs and concerns, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Throughout the cleaning process, they worked efficiently yet meticulously, leaving no corner untouched. The quality of their work is truly outstanding. My home has never looked so immaculate. Surfaces were not just cleaned but polished, and even the hard-to-reach areas were dust-free. The eco-friendly products they used left a fresh, clean scent without any harsh chemical odors. They followed up after the service to make sure I was happy with everything, and they were genuinely receptive to feedback. I can not recommend Emily and her team highly enough. They have been helping us for 5 years ans are just brilliant.

Lovely

Fantastic service right from the very first meeting with Emily to assess the house and discuss my cleaning needs. The team arrived on time, all very friendly and professional, cleaning has been done to the highest standard and I am thrilled with the whole experience. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I employed the team after the lockdown, as my elderly father had become incapable of looking after his house. I have been pleasantly surprised by the understanding way the team treat my dad, as he can be a little awkward! They turn up on time, and are always polite and take into consideration the difficulties of an elderly and confused man, taking their time to make sure he is comfortable with everything they are doing. It has made my life so much easier to have one less worry. Thanks team

Bright and Beautiful Banstead arranged a deep clean for me when I moved into my new home. Did a fabulous job the house was sparkling and the girls arrived on time and were polite and professional. Highly recommend .

Do not go near this company. We have had just an awful experience with them. No care whatsoever, we had multiple items broken, service was always rushed and careless. Despite clear instructions they were rarely followed, clothes shrunk. Just really horrible and shoddy.

Lovely people

Jenny and her team have been cleaning my house for the past few months and I am so impressed with the service. They are always reliable (which has been an issue with all other cleaning companies I have used), punctual, respectful of all our belongings and the house is always sparkling clean! Thanks Jenny and team!

Julie and her team from B&B Banstead have been cleaning our house weekly for more than a year. We've been really impressed - they've never once cancelled (a problem we had with our previous suppliers), they do exactly what they promise to do and they even help out with extra chores such as the ironing after holidays. They work quickly and professionally, and it's always lovely finding the bathroom towels folded the way they do in hotels. An added luxury! A big thank you to Julie and her colleagues. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.
