Best airbn service we had I recommend this company is really good professionals.

I requested a moving in general cleaning: flat was empty, no furniture. For 1 bedroom flat they come over with a team of 2 person. Despite being a 1 bedroom flat, it’s really small one. After 2 hours they have clean something but the quality of their general cleaning is really below the average: honestly if you know a basic of cleaning you would do definitely better. And then the lady who, according to the manager, is the supervisor was telling me excuses of why she couldn’t do this or that, the situation of the flat is very bad bla bla bla. Flat is old but not impossible to clean. If I pay for a service, show me the solution not the issue you cannot solve if that’s your job. Anyway, company is a total joke. Oh yea to not mention that supervisor is smoking in your flat. If you know basic knowledge of cleaning, do it yourself or invest money in other serious companies.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this company. I booked and was quoted for an end of tenancy clean for a flat. I would have thought this was a standard request. The cleaner arrived and did not have any cleaning products so someone had to come back the next day. The cleaner was lovely but the person I spoke to on the phone then tried to charge extra for oven and fridge. I explained again that I had booked an end of tenancy clean so these should all be included. I made it very clear that everything needed to be clean. I’ve just been to check the flat and the washing machine and dishwasher had not been cleaned. It seems that the company owner did not understand what an end of tenancy clean was. He told me that the cleaner said the washing machine was clean when I could see that it wasn’t. He also told me that they don’t clean dishwashers or washing machines. I will now need to book another company to do this. I am not normally one to be negative but with how stressful moving can be, this was really not what we needed. I will not be using this company again.
