Ted Clark Carpentry and Joinery

Ted has worked with us for three projects over the last year, 2024, a library, dressing room and media wall. These have been completed to an exceptional standard. We love so many of the details, particularly the attention to detail, the use of led integral lighting and the use of real woods. Ted came to visit to ensure he understood the brief, sent us drawings and ideas and then came to install on the dates he had promised. This is a rare thing with contractors, being on time, on budget and very helpful. Ted ensured the area he had been working was tidy and safe at the end of every day. Furthermore, even if the weather was atrocious, he turned up! He brought with him a tent to work outside on cutting and plaining so there was limited mess inside. We cannot commend Ted highly enough. He has delivered what we wanted with thought, creativity and care about our projects. Thank you Ted!

The quality of the Windows that I received from Ted really couldn't be beaten. Plus excellent service and communication during the in the initial measuring and specification, then into fitting. They have absolutely transformed my build, have already had appreciative comments from neighbors and I have no doubt they will outlast me and with care, those that follow. I can certainly recommend Ted and would use his services again.

Ted has done some great work for me in 2014 - we worked together to design this wine wall and Ted then built and installed it to a very high standard. He also managed all the other trades, Electrical, Air Conditioning and Glass doors. A complex job that turned out really well. Many thanks.

Ted has done a great job doing repairs to our sash windows- He worked hard, to a high standard and did an excellent job. He was courteous, punctual and a pleasure to have working on the house. I would definitely use him again and I recommend him - Thank you

Ted was kind enough to reverse a door for me. A' small fry' job for him, but important for me. I thoroughly recommend him and would use his services again.

Ted was very professional, the windows he made blended in with the frame and did not look out of place. Will definitely use Ted again,we are all pleased with his work.

I was very impressed by Ted's work today. He was efficient,  worked intensely and swiftly and left the living room super clean! He had to replace a window seal which was rotten; the window looked as new after he had finished. On the plus sign:  Ted, as a person, is very kind, polite, has a good sense of humour and is totally dedicated to his family; a trustworthy gentleman.

I was desperately in need of having a drawer under a bed fixed. Ted was brilliant. He was thoroughly professional and totally trustworthy. He arrived on time and offered to take his shoes off. He solved the problem and I would not hesitate to use him again if I had need of any further work in the future.

Thanks.

Ted did an amazing job on our decking in our garden. He helped us with numerous samples and types of composite decking to get the right look. He is a perfectionist and we are so happy with the decking and get lots of compliments on it when people come round. He was very reasonably priced too! We’d thoroughly recommend!

We had a sash window where the lower section had rotted away. Ted made a completely new section that blended perfectly with the upper half. We now have a working renovated sash window, saving us from having to replace the whole thing. Professional job thank you Ted
