This was a small job by this excellent family firm that we have used many times over the last few years for major redecoration of our house inside and out. Russell replaced a section of the plasterboard ceiling which had come down due to condensation dampness in our cellar. As always, his work was very neat and well-finished and he was happy to come back on a third day to finish the job properly. He was also very obliging regarding timings. His joinery, as we know from previous experiences, is first-class. Highly recommended.

Impressive attention to detail in the preparation and finish for the full refurbishment of two bedrooms in our Victorian property. Russell had really helpful advice on how to achieve the best results, couldn't be happier with the quality of the work carried out.

High standard of workmanship

I have had lots of work done by A Mills & Sons and have been very impressed every time. They are reliable, friendly and professional with an excellent standard of work. I have had my whole house redecorated and bespoke cupboards and bookcases made in my lounge. Russell tailor made to my specifications and went above and beyond checking that I was happy with everything. He also made my TV fit perfectly into the wall so it sits flush, it looks fab! I am very happy with the work I have had done and would 100% recommend them and would use them again!

Huge thanks to Russel and Alan. We are really impressed with the finish to our house and kitchen. Russel fitted a complete new kitchen and all appliances and came up with some great ideas as to to improve the kitchen layout designed by the kitchen supplier. These guys really pulled out the stops for us. They built us a bespoke timber gazebo and bbq / log store in our back garden which look amazing. They turned these around in just a week. A Mills and Sons did an amazing job building us some wooden and glass doors, their workmanship is fantastic and are very skilled at what they do. They also sorted our skirting boards out on newly skimmed walls which were perfect. Thanks guys 👌☺️

Russel and his team were very professional and completed the work quickly. We had our kitchen sideboard cut down to fit a new oven a larger than our old one. You wouldn’t know the new kitchen was different from the old one as the work was done well to fit. Thanks!

Highly professional, hard working guys. They hung my precious Osborne and Little wall paper and it’s absolutely seamless. They’ve also done some work in our garden and I can’t wait to get them back to do our kitchen. We’ve just had a baby so they’re very careful to be tidy and leave the place spotless each time, which is really important to me. Cheers guys!
