Latch were fantastic and we were so glad we used them. We had them in to replace 18 doors including all the ironmongery. They also replaced our bannister. This happened in November 2025 and we've hsd no issues since. Latch were reliable, completed the job on time, and helped explain and problems or issues along the way so we could make informed decisions. We'd definitely recommend them will use them again.

Latch carpentry built a bespoke pergola for me to replace an existing structure. They brought my chosen design to life and I am very happy with the result. They worked efficiently and got the work done on time (despite having to work around the rain!) I am very happy with how this has transformed one corner of my garden!! Now to pick a colour and decorate.

Josh and his team are superstars. I wanted to modernise all of my internal doors, handles etc included, and Josh took the time to talk me through it and find the best option for my wants and budget. They ordered everything, turned up and got the whole job done without any input from me (except tea!). New doors fitted, new handles and ironmongery throughout (even on the existing mini door that wasn't replaced), holes filled from where they moved hinges to have the doors hang properly, and the old doors were taken away too. Absolutely top service and well worth not trying to DIY it all myself.

Booked a small job as 'Replace door that won't close due to previous carpenter sticking a piece of wood on the bottom to make the door fit'. Josh came to replace the door but in fact the exsisting door just needed modification. I was impressed that he didn't try to take advantage of me and insist I have the new door as booked. Will use his services again.

Shelves was put up under our stair case creating more packing space. The team were super friendly and innovative. Main door hinge replacement. Chris repaired my main door that was not locking. I was able to reach him over the weekend, and he agreed to do the job when the rest of the local traders did not. It took him another day but was able to find the exact piece to replace it and did a tidy job adjusting the door and left it like new. He explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. I totally recommend and will call him again if needed.
