Excellent Quality and Service We recently commissioned new kitchen doors from Matthew’s joinery company and were thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. The owner, Matthew, was exceptionally polite and courteous in every interaction. We especially appreciated his quoting process: he provided a detailed quote during the initial visit, which greatly aided our decision-making. Despite this speed and clarity, we never felt pressured or subjected to a hard sell, as we weren't expected to decide on the spot. His attention to detail was outstanding. Prior to the doors being manufactured, Matthew made a second trip to double-check all the dimensions, ensuring everything would fit perfectly. The finished doors are really good quality—sturdy, perfectly finished, and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended for professionalism and craftsmanship.

I'd recommend Matthew and his company, we employed them to build our under stairs storage. Measurements were taken at the time of quote and the furniture was built off site and installed within a morning. The result was high end, with push to open mechanism and easy to pull out draw runners. They offer a professional spray painting however I opted to paint myself. Installation was smooth and no mess was left. Communication via email was prompt and always replied and stuck to what was promised which is important to me when choosing a trader.

We commissioned a bespoke cabinet for our hallway and some doors for a cupboard under the stairs. We are very happy with the work, completed to a high standard with great attention to detail. Matt oversaw the project from beginning to end, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable throughout. Matt came recommended to help create inbuilt bench seating around our dining table. Communication from beginning to end was great and he really listened to what we were after at a fair cost. Matt worked on a bespoke upstairs landing project, building a new airing cupboard and crafting new bespoke bedroom wardrobe doors. All the work was completed on time to perfection

Matt and his brother Daniel made up bookshelves, drawer units and worktop to my builder's measurements . They came on time and spent a long day installing all the furniture for my study / spare room. We discussed minor alterations and amendments that were required and they did an immaculate job , leaving the room absolutely clean. I am very happy with the finished job and found them both charming. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for bespoke carpentry work.

Bespoke cabinets and floating shelves fitted in four alcoves in an old Victorian house with some awkward and irregular angles. Matthew was very professional and did a fantastic job - these features now routinely draw praise and complements from guests. We would highly recommend this service.

Matthew did a fabulous job doing custom made under stair storage and a custom folding shelf in our kitchen for our awkward corner for which we have had many compliments already! Very professional and hard working. Would definitely recommend him and get him in for more in the future!

Great attention to detail and service.

Matt repaired our back door. It was a fiddly job and we had been trying for a long time to find someone prepared to do it. We were lucky to find Matt. He came on time and did what he promised in an efficient and courteous manner. His charge was very reasonable. We will use him again.

Matt made several beautiful, bespoke pieces of furniture for us (two built-in alcove bookshelves around a fireplace, built-in coat cupboard, a built-in storage cupboard, balustrading for the staircase and a bathroom airing cupboard). We were very impressed by Matt's responsiveness, reliability and professionalism throughout the work, and even more impressed by the quality of his work. Matt worked with us to create practical and elegant designs that suited our space and storage needs perfectly. All for a very reasonable price!
