We had a very positive experience using Chapel for full renovation of an old house in a home we love. Adding a floor to the house, re-building one single-story extension, re-wiring, re-plumbing, plus a lot of landscaping. From beginning to end, the team were wonderful. Professional, friendly, efficient, great at communication. Even since the project finished (on time!) they have been very quick to respond to queries. Graham and Chester led their team for us. We would highly recommend using them.

We could not speak more highly of Chapel Properties..they refurbished our small house in Woodbridge (and small can often be more challenging than large I think!) with a brilliant eye for detail. They were solution focused, dealing proactively with challenges that arose and the quality of their work has been superb. Ruth and Jack were wonderful with design ideas, and 'out of the box' thinking and nothing was too much trouble. The aftercare too has also been first class. The first building company we have used that I can honestly say that have been a pleasure to work with. It is our hope that we will use them again in the future!

We engaged Chapel Properties to do a complete refurbishment of a listed building in Woodbridge. The project was finished on time and on budget. It was a big and complicated job and threw up a few complications but the tradesmen were always willing and able to get around any issues. Communication was always very good and the professionalism of the entire team was exceptional. As the project progressed there were lots of extra jobs that we requested, all were completed with consideration and care. We now have property that we are incredibly proud of, the finish and workmanship are fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend Mark and the team at Chapel to anyone considering engaging builders for a project.

Chapel Properties (Mark Crisp) took on a complete renovation of our back garden. Mark was so easy to deal with and all his staff who worked here were amazing ! They were conscientious of the plants and trees that were to remain. The workers were very tidy when removing all slabs, steps and pond and they cleared up every day to make sure the garden remained tidy. The old slabs were replaced with a new slabs and borders were created which look amazing. We are so pleased with the quality of workmanship, we are now having our front garden renovated by Chapel Properties. We highly recommend Mark and his team at Chapel Properties. The tender process was prompt and communication and pricing clear which allowed us to organise the work to be undertaken to fit our budget. A pragmatic approach and some expert suggestions on how to approach the temporary works enabled our project, to reconfigure the ground floor of our house, to proceed safely but with the least disruption. All members of the Chapel team (Including contractors) were professional & respectful. Work was completed to a high standard with the project expertly managed by Gary. We had good communication throughout and extremely happy with the end result which has transformed our house and maximised the use of the space we have. We would highly recommend Chapel Properties and most certainly use them again.

Chapel Properties renovated two outbuildings for us. The company has been excellent throughout. From our first consultation, Mark listened to what were after and delivered it to a high standard. When alterations to original plans were needed he and his team came up with solutions that usually improved things. We were kept up to date with work progress and with budget alterations so we knew where we were throughout. The team as a whole is professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend them.

We used Chapel Properties for a complete remodelling/refurb of a large 5 bedroom house in Aldeburgh which needed to be converted back to one residence after being split some fifteen years ago. The job took 5 months in 2019 and the contract was in excess of £250k. We have used many builders over our time but I must say Chapel have been the best. They kept to time and were rigorous/fair to generous in dealing with contract variations through their commercial manager - crediting us when the specified work was not required. They also came up with modifications which made some of the changes suggested by the engineers and architects unnecessary (and more sightly). In terms of after sales service they have also been impeccable. The contracts manager has always been available and helpful in dealing queries/issues post completion. He has also gone beyond the call of duty in addressing issues which were not strictly covered in the initial contract. I wish other builders were as responsive, creative, professional and represented such good value for money. Unreserved Recommendation.

Chapel Properties created a kitchen/diner and added a small extension to my property. I was impressed by the quality of the workmanship throughout and how clean and tidy the site was at the end of each day. The onsite team were very helpful and easy to work with, owning and resolving any issues as they arose.

Mark and his team transformed my dated 4 bedroom house in Ipswich into a modern, stylish, energy efficient home. My plan was to sell it but, thanks to Chapel Properties, I fell in love with it and stayed a few more years! Disappointing interaction and visit, it took several weeks to feedback any information to us after an initial visit with regards the work, then said they could do some work , more waiting then said they were too busy and their books were full for 9 months so not able to.
