We have worked with TN Design & Build numerous times over recent years and it has always been a pleasure working alongside them on projects, a lot of which take place in and around Walton on Thames. Their professional and detailed approach means their output consistently maintains the highest of standards.

I live in Woodham and recently completed some building work. TN were wonderful. I was really pleased with every aspect of the build and the final result beyond my expectations. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Between late 2024 and the first half of 2025, we undertook a full house renovation with TN, transforming a 1950s property—previously extended in a disjointed and impractical way—into a modern, functional, and, most importantly, enjoyable home. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside TN Design and Build and their team on several projects, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We have engaged TN Design & Build for our new extension in Cobham and have been very impressed so far having completed the design stage. The architect has produced a superb design, meeting all of our requirements and giving us a perfect solution to our space needs, and going beyond our initial concept with very creative solutions. All our requested changes due to budgetary constraints were taken on board without any pushback and we are delighted with the new design. Planning submission has gone in and there has been no fuss getting us to this stage. Communication with Tom has been highly professional, friendly and very reassuring from the beginning with regular visits and emails. We are now looking forward to the construction phase. Tom and the team built a single storey extension with a full refurbishment of my property in Weybridge. I was impressed with these guys from start to finish. Very clear and transparent from the initial meeting, which is unusual for many building companies. The quote was extremely detailed which I liked and the attention to detail was equal to my own. We used their in-house design service to get exactly what we wanted. It was good to have someone there with experience who could tell us what was achievable and what wasn't, with the space we had available. Highly recommended. A+

TN are such a great building team that you can trust are going to do a fabulous job and care just as much about your house and the finished product as you do. Tom and his team are a delight to work with and whilst certianly won't be your cheapest quote, they will deliver the best results.

We used TN Design and Build to do everything for our big project (10-month long extension, renovation and re-fit). We used them for initial design ideas, full architecture and planning applications (for both extension and new build options), through to the build and fit out also. We had all sorts of tech fitted from solar panels, batteries, electric car chargers, irrigation system, smart hot water, etc, etc. The team were amazing, very professional, full of great ideas (including how we could save some money in places) and the final finish was superb!

Having experience in new construction and renovations, it was important that I worked with a main contractor with whom I could collaborate. There will be many ups and downs throughout constructing a new property, but having a contractor who can adapt to changing circumstances and work with you to resolve issues is paramount. TN ticked all these boxes, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.

We are at the design stage with TN Design & Build. We have been really impressed at how professional and amenable everyone at TN has been. At each stage of the design, everyone we have met; Jenny in the office; Paul the architect; Tom, the owner; Lewis, the Operations Officer; together with all the parties they have put us in touch with, have listened to our needs, and provided us with thoughtful and helpful advice. There has always been a friendly voice at the end of the phone to deal with any query, and we have not been pushed to make any decisions we might not be happy with. All in all, we have had a positive experience.

We are at design stage with TN at present. So far I have to say what great service. Jen in the office has answered all our questions and kept us up to date. Our drawings have catered everything we have asked for and Paul the architect has maximised every inch. It's lovely to see our vision come to life with a little bit Tom's added experience that we never even thought of. Excited for the build now🤗

Paul has been brilliant in helping with designs for our front and rear extension including garage conversion. He was very knowledgeable of the local planning application process and helped with pre-planning and the final planning application. Paul was very patient while we assessed the many options he provided us with for our house layout and answered all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend.

TN design and build handled our extension project from architectural design and permit submission/approval, to executing the works perfectly, on time and to a high standard… What I also really appreciated is the fact they kept the site clean and organised throughout! Highly recommended!
