We have used Mayfair Build twice now and would highly recommend. The first job was resetting our bay window, and most recently they replaced and replastered our upstairs ceilings, reskimmed the walls, and installed new radiators. We have been thrilled with the results every time. Dean and his team are genuinely lovely people to have working in your home. They are friendly, hardworking, reliable and always professional. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Dean took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and made sure we were happy throughout the project. They really went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic result. Communication was excellent throughout, with Dean always easy to get hold of and keeping us updated on progress. With Mayfair Build we felt in safe hands from start to finish. We are so pleased with the work they’ve done on our home and wouldn’t use anyone else. I could not recommend Mayfair Build Ltd highly enough. From the first visit of Dean who owns the company and had numerous people working for him, I felt I was in safe hands as he explained everything for me and took time discussing what needed doing. The work carried out by he and his team was done to an immaculate standard and he was quick to communicate with me and able to work around my schedule despite being busy themselves. We are really happy with the work Dean completed for us. The original quote he provided after his initial site visit was clear and very thorough making it a little easier to budget. His team were also genuine, good guys who were easy to have around, nothing ever seemed to be an issue. We had a wall removed to make one room of a previously separate kitchen and dining room. The work required re-routing of plumbing and electrics along with new kitchen and skylight. I work in construction myself, having met many builders over the years, these guys are definitely one of the good ones. Would happily recommend.

Our new paving was the second major garden project carried out by Mayfair Build. The work involved rebuilding a terrace with new porcelain paving around the house and relaying Indian sandstone to the front drive. Mayfair are an excellent hardworking team who are punctual and respond well to unexpected issues. Nothing is too much trouble and the work and attention to detail is outstanding.
The job was to put in a dividing wall in a larger bedroom to make two rooms with a new wall with electrics and matching paint and coving. The builders turned up exactly when they said they would and the task was completed quickly with good care and attention to detail, and all mess was cleared away. The wall perfectly matches the existing, and we are very happy with the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Dean & his team.

Wonderful professional guys. Dean and his crew took on a particularly difficult job for me repairing the damaged extension poorly made by the original builders. Not only did they fix it in a swift time (weather allowing) the cost was very reasonable and the quality is great. I'll have them back the instant I need any other work done, and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of building work!
We cannot recommend Dean and his team enough. They’re highly skilled perfectionists who we found to be friendly and professional. They did a kitchen and bathroom rebuild for us, and did so on time and on budget, with way less disruption than we imagined. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone!
I recently commissioned Mayfair to undertake repairs and re-instatement work at a substantial high value home in the Walton area. The work was highly complex involving both insurance underwritten repairs and client improvements whilst the client remained in residence, Mayfair provided a competitive priced tender and completed the work within the agreed budgets despite several unforeseen problems due to the design and construction of the building. More significantly, work was completed to a high standard within the agreed time schedule. I would highly recommend Dean and his team,. Dean and team have recently finished a full kitchen transformation. Removal of old kitchen, structural work, installation of new bifolds, and complete re-configuration of kitchen with re-plumbing, gas, electrics, and kitchen fit. Phenomenal service from beginning to end, not one stone unturned. There were problems faced (through no cause of Mayfair build) through the build and Dean and team moved heaven and earth to fix. High quality finish with a core focus on delivering to our specification. Can’t rate these guys enough. 100% recommended for turnkey building projects.
It was a great pleasure to have this company carry out ground works for an extension for us. They were highly professional and very helpful. The works were carried out quickly and efficiently. All the workmen were very polite and took great care to leave everything clean and tidy on completion. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.
I had Dan and Brandon doing some landscaping work with a digger and tipper over the weekend. They were excellent and extremely helpful with everything that was needed. Dean, the boss, was brilliant at ensuring everything was in place for a successful days working. Will definitely work with them again.

The success and understanding of my therapy room was outstanding, it ia 10meters ×4meters and it looks and performs as it should. The work manship and attention to detail was seco d to none ,I recommend these guys all day long.
Dean and the team have transformed my 1930's semi. Full ground floor extension including electrics, plumbing, moving drains, groundwork and kitchen / floor installation. Can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent attention to detail, and genuinely nice people to deal with. If i have any work done in the future, i'll be sure to use them!
