Great company who go the extra mile to improve their clients properties. All the lads are friendly, knowledgeable and seem to care deeply about the standard of work they provide.

It's my personal opinion that any company should operate to professional standard and staff should be trained appropriately. Of course I'm a Housing Association tenant, or the impolite scum. So I should therefore be greatful for what ever I get. I needed a wetroom so I was assessed by OT who agreed and recommended to my Landord Riverside Housing that a wetroom was needed and a disabled facilities grant was available to pay for it. Great I thought. Riverside who are based in Liverpool decided it was a brilliant idea to award the contract to UPS who are based in Wigan, which is two and a half hours away from Cumbria, despite their being excellent companies in Cumbria who are perfectly capable of doing the work. Unfortunately Riverside don't seem to comprehend geographical location and have workmen travelling 5hrs a day to spend 4hrs working and then leaving, so a four day job gets stretched to 10. UPS communication is appalling, workmen on the work schedule, don't turn up, but UPS can't even be bothered to let the tenant no that. The quality of work is basic and corners cut. I should be looking forward to using my new bathroom, but right now I don't even want to go in there. In conclusion I wouldn't recommend this company and would advise you do have a local company that has a good reputation carry out the work for you.

Ups have just finished ground work on my back. I couldn't be happier very professional job to a high standard. Brilliant work team very respectfull in every aspect. Highly recommended......

Had one of their drivers today 4th December in Manchester in van NU16KJV, nearly take me out 3 times on the road with my child. Swerving all over in rush hour. the most obnoxious, rude, impatient hostile and threatening experiance on the road for a while. If these are the people they are sending to your home find someone else. I wouldn't trust that man to give me directions let alone treat people with respect in their own home. Disgusting behavior

Fantastic company, recently completed a wetroom adaptation at my property & I couldn't be happier with their work. The wetroom looks wonderful & has made my life so much easier & given me some independence back. Excellent communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble & the lads were all so hard working & polite. Can't thank them enough!

UPS fitted my Nan’s wet room to an excellent standard, they made my Nan really comfortable with every step of the way and not only kept her included with choice and design but worked around her needs. I would definitely recommend UPS for any work you require.

They wreck your house.... 3 times they have been back ... paint splashed everywhere... grout disgusting....sealant looks like a child has done it.... they broke toilet seat.... my bathroom is an absolute disgrace.... they don't want to know if you have any faults with their work .... as its taken best part of a year to get them back and when they have come back they just make more mess.... shower handles upside down.... paintwork is disgusting.... they forgot to paint half a door .... the list is endless..... AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS after a year the taps pitted .. the taps are loose ...

the work done was very profesional and was carried out punctual as promised by the men concerend. the workers where very polite,friendly and very proffesional.we would not hesitate to reccomend your company to anyone who asked. thank you very much.

This wetroom adaption has changes my life for the better, I no longer have to ask people to be present when taking a shower, it has given me some independence back which I very much needed. The workmen who attended my home were very polite, friendly and always explained everything they were here to do, they were a very good representation for the company. I would recommend their services to other people who are struggling health wise and need to get some of their old self back. Thanks you everyone

Project finally complete, could not recommend Andrew Wood at UPS Building & Maintenance enough, everything has been done to plan with no extra costs without consultation first due to extras being added. The tradesman used are both efficient and professional and take pride in the work they carry out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who want to utilise the garden space they have to creat a stunning environment for the family 👌🏻

From day one this company has ripped out my old bathroom, put in a new one, tiled it and put the new floor down. They have kept me informed every step of the way. I realised I had broken a drain pipe outside so called them late one night, no problem he said and was here at 8am to fix it. They worked as a team knowing who was coming to do what and cleaned up after them each day. They were punctual and well mannered. They were Amazing!! Yes I will use them again, I employed professionals and that is what I got a professional team.

Appalling company!! Nothing but problems since wet room installed... flood after flood. Bathroom floor taken up three times, hall ceiling removed, and now living room ceiling to be removed by a different company due to leaks and floods all from their wet room Instillation... Bogit and legit. Not worth one star but I had to click it!!!

Appalling company. Disabled wet room fitted may last year. Had floor up 3 times due to flooding, then three months later hall ceiling removed due to flood coming through bathroom floor to hall ceiling.......then April 2020 another major flood though ceiling into hall so they had to cut through hall ceiling again. Well now on aug 26th 2020 and guess what.....flooding through ceiling again and now into living room BUT THEY DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!......We now have to have the ceiling removed in the living room THIS COMPANY IS COWWBOYS. ITS THE UPS WAY.......MAKING DISABLED LIVES BETTER. They not even worth one star.

10/10, can't say nothing bad about this firm, our wet room looks amazing,Brilliant set of lads.

Spend more time sat in their van smoking, littering and spitting all over the place.. also double parking on a one way street so people cannot get past.....lazy lazy people

Useless. 3 weeks to complete a bathroom and still not complete because they cracked a tile. Usually turn up late, excuse after excuse all the time, this is a disability job and to leave us without a shower and a sink for 3 weeks when my dad is disabled. Completely out of order.

Cannot comment on the service this company provides, however, Idiot of the day goes to the UPS driver who thought he was far too important to wait his turn behind me at a T junction in Rock Ferry, Wirral as I waited to turn right. There was a slight queue but as I approached the junction & proceeded to turn cautiously due to poor visibility due to traffic saw that he had come from behind my car and was also turning right alongside me!! He then cut me up as he moved in front of me & drove off! Extremely appauling & dangerous standard of driving which narrowly avoided causing a collision. I have contacted the company office & voiced my complaint to a receptionist but having read the previous review feel it unlikely this will be dealt with as a concern. Maybe when a driver kills or injures somebody management will address driver safety.
