We are so happy with the work Alex & Andy did on our garden redesign and build. They were professional, friendly, respectful and incredibly hardworking throughout the whole project. They took all of our ideas on board and created a beautiful space for our family to enjoy. They also found great solutions for some tricky areas and were always communicative and helpful along the way. The quality of work was excellent and it’s clear they genuinely care about doing a great job. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled builders.

Exceptional builders! We appointed Sylvaland to undertake a 2-storey wraparound extension and we could not have been happier with the result. Despite coming across an unexpected issue with our drains, they sought out a suitable solution quickly. They were mindful of costs throughout, coming up with clever solutions that saved us money without compromising quality. The team turned up every day, worked hard, and were consistently communicative and conscientious. Alex and Andy take real pride in their work and we would absolutely recommend them for anyone considering a major project!

We had a full bungalow renovation (home and garden), and I Just wanted to say how happy and delighted we are with the craftmanship done by Alex and Andy. From the start they were both amazing and were very accommodating especially as we lived in the property whist going through major renovations. Throughout the whole project, Alex, Andy and all the subcontractors were hard working, always on time, thoughtful, respectful, knowledgeable and just really, really lovely. They always communicated and updated me with everything really clearly, and when we needed to make any decisions they would both talk through what our options were and came up with some amazing suggestions and small tweaks that we had not even considered, these suggestions really made the difference. We were so impressed with how everything just flowed and was managed - it always appeared seamless to us, for the whole time of the build. I know having building work is extremely stressful, but we didn't find this at all, Alex and Andy were completely lovely, and it didn't feel like a chore to have them there. It actually felt strange not having them here when it was finished! Honestly, the nicest, helpful, hard working, knowledgeable builders out there, in my opinion. I do not hesitate in recommending Sylvaland and hope to have them return for some other projects that need doing very soon.

Alex & Andy completed a garage conversion for us taking our old used & unwanted space in to a fantastic new kitchen/utility. We are so pleased with the outcome! We used Sylvaland Ltd to extend and renovate our Edwardian detached home in Shinfield, large rear single storey to give us the open plan kitchen/dining arrangement we desired. As well as a two storey portion to give us a large master suite. Sylvaland worked closely with us to create a design that was both sympathetic and in keeping with the style of the existing house. The team worked hard through some pretty demanding winter weather conditions as well as helping to navigate various ‘red tape’ pre build issues including bats, tree protection and archeological surveys. The core team were present everyday for the entire duration of the build, I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for a team that pays attention to every detail.
