D Gooch Sheds & Fencing Ltd

First class service, providing me with a new garden gate. Great job. Thank you!

Despite multiple attempts to provide measurements for a shed delivery, installation, and base laying, and being informed that a quote would be emailed, I have not received any follow-up. This includes sending measurements via WhatsApp. I was prepared to spend approximately £3500 - £4000, but the lack of response to my calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails indicates a significant deficiency in customer service. Consequently, I cannot recommend this company.

So pleased with the new Fence Chris & Luke have done an excellent job especially under the circumstances (wasps & heat). I would highly recommend this company, superb service from start to finish.

Recently had a new shed built to replace two old ones. We had excellent service from Darren Gooch and his team. The quality of the build is amazing and staff working on site left it clean and tidy at the end of each day.The team were fantastic to deal with, friendly and helpful from start to finish. The whole experience left us very happy with the professional job carried out. Would definitely use Gooch's again

Gooch fitted a new shed and fencing for me and I couldn’t be happier. Good price and the quality of wood excellent. The team were fantastic to deal with, friendly and helpful from start to finish. Great company and a fantastic professional job done.

So pleased with our shed/summerhouse and new fencing, the quality of them is amazing and the whole process was seamless Thankyou

Very helpful.. there's not enough they can do to help you Would highly recommend this company

Had Chris and another lad do my garden last week, did a fantastic job, very polite, hardworking, respected my home, an absolute credit to your company, highly recommend

2 Fence panels supplied and delivered after storms. Very helpful and excellent product , will use again.

Helpful and professional staff recommend Pass experience earsham sheds poor quality and unprofessional mannerisms

Ordered a shed for a short notice delivery and the team arrived onsite within a week and the install happened in no time at all. A great quality shed, far superior to garden centre and chain items, which are flimsy in comparison. Thank you

I had a new garden gate fitted yesterday by this company. I have to admit I must have been a pain in the butt, couldn’t make my mind up which way I wanted the front of the gate to face, in the end decided to have it facing my garden, rather than the drive! I am so pleased that I made that choice! The new gate was fitted yesterday! I could not be happier, smart gate, fantastic fittings on it, it really completes the look of my garden. Fab team, fab work. I thank you all so much, for a such a good job, but even more so your patience!! I feel safer.

Unable to help with my proposed purchase

Everything I needed for the job start to finish

I purchased 3 3ft x 6ft and 1 6ft x 6ft trellis. A very reasonable price Thank you for a great service and quality trellis. And a prompt delivery service

Cant share anything as just picked up a price list very helpfull staff member

Lovely staff very efficient. Good quality wood and quick installation . I love my new summer house Thankyou

Very high quality sheds using the best materials around all at a very fair price. Well worth a visit if you're in the market for a timber building.

Very pleasant to talk to explained things well, wasn't pushy etc

They could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had to have fence panels cut to size and was given so much help for when we put them up. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service. Beautiful high quality shed. Very hard working guys. A little miss understanding about shed interior, but they went above and beyond to give good customer service and put ring. Highly recommended

Very good customer service, competitive prices, very good products, informative and helpful team.

Ordered small section of made to measure fence panel. I explained I needed this urgently but was told it would take about a week. Panel then delivered 2 days later! What a great company, under promised and over delivered! Good quality and exactly the correct size.

Brilliant firm. Great sales team to begin with then great job putting the pad down and taking the old summerhouse away. Superb new summerhouse erected on time. Very pleased with all the work done by great lads.

Ordered a shed and arranged delivery. They missed the delivery date and didn't even bother to let me know, only after chasing them did I get a reply but by then I had already lost a day's work to take delivery of the shed. Rearranged a delivery date and this time shed was delivered but no windows installed and once again no heads up as to when these would be delivered. When final invoice comes through extra amounts were added without ever having discussed these. Tried to address these issues with the owner but was just confronted with a rude and condescending attitude. The shed is well built but customer service (mainly the owner) has serious issues. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I do not write reviews often but this is the worst service I have ever encountered and felt I needed to let others know.

Absolutely brilliant shed very very pleased well made and erected for me staff were great no problems at all would recommend to anyone can't praise enough

Beautiful stock and wonderful staff. The tropicals are to die for and the range perennials is great! Wonderful dogs also.

Order fence from this company paid for it & had a relative collect it, when erecting fence it was made to short. Phoned to explain only to be spoken to in the most obnoxious way ever, upon woman finding made invoice to check “ my mistake” NOT! She told me to bring back & then measured it to see clearly she was wrong & had not made what was on the invoice, would never recommend this company to anyone

Made it perfectly clear what we wanted from the start, owner unprofessional, condescending and all together rude with a complete lack of customer care, we have now had to settle for a fence that is a compromise rather than what we originally requested. Sadly the company is not what it used to be from when I used them previously.

Beautiful lovely staff and gorgeous dogs

Top notch

98% of plants are looking healthy, lots of choice around the whole site. The best plant, shrub, tree centre for miles.

This is a local family business with focus on their customers and good knowledge of the stock. Better value than DIY chains. Relaxed, rustic atmosphere.

Had Ben and Ray put up a garden gate for us. really lovely, polite and professional. A great asset to the business.Thank you.

woman that owns the place obviously not having a good day today, managed to get 3 sentences into asking about something and she obviously had no interest in helping me, was condisending the whole time as i knew very little about what i was asking, after this single interaction i can assure you i wont be returning for anything in the future, manners don’t cost a thing!

Very helpful, told us precisely what we would need and how much space to get the shed in place. good strong construction and well made.

Great place for sheds both ready made and to your requirements. I've had several cover the years. Also very good for other garden stuff like fence posts. On the same site is a small nursery selling lovely plants

Very helpful friendly family run business good prices, buy my Christmas tree from here every year, and other plants and ornaments throughout the year.

Well what can I say staff are friendly cheap prices more than willing to offer advice
