Charleswood Property Developments Limited

Highly recommend Charleswood. Professional, excellent time management, highly skilled team of problem solvers - the team on the project were a pleasure to work with. Our project was quite a complex one as it was on a listed town house in York. They overcame a number of complexities. I would not hesitate to recommend. We carefully chose our builder as we wanted to go with someone we could trust. They exceeded expectations. Thank you.

I found mark and his team to be professional at all times .. Communication was quick with mark and he answered every question I had no matter how small .. We used Charleswood to do the necessary building work, plastering, plumbing and joinery (and electrics from EMS, through Charleswood) for a major kitchen project. We needed people who would be flexible, responsive to our needs, work to a high standard and integrate seamlessly with the kitchen designers (Scammell interiors). Charleswood delivered on all counts, and the project was completed very quickly and to a high standard. High quality experience throughout.

If you want quality renovation with a builder you can trust, I can highly recommend Mark and his team. Professional service from our first meeting to completion.

Excellent service, Mark is very trustworthy and great to deal with.
