I needed a full renovation on my four-bedroom house in Wigan. The renovation required two more WC installed into the house (ensuite and a down stairs toilet), an extension to my bathroom, new planned kitchen, re-wall and rewiring of my utility room. Two walls opening (1x main solid wall and 1 x studded wall). All WC and utility rooms tiled and all internal doors fitted new. Top floor with new ceiling and wiring. Like every customer, the last thing you will need is signing a contract to a cowboy builder. I looked into this company and from the start, Waseem was very reassuring. The conversation was smooth, and he was very open to discuss everything. He even recommended me to get quotes from other building companies. Seeing their exceptional reviews on every platform, and the initial smooth chat, I was completely hooked. Day one came and I was away on holiday when they started their job. I had it all discussed on the phone to start everything while I was away. Being away from your home and letting people into your house can be unsettling, but Waseem being very professional, reassured me that I should enjoy my holiday and not to worry about anything. He sent me pictures every day on the progress of their jobs and only called if they really needed me. I came back from my holiday and the progress to their job was surprisingly quick. The team does not waste time on the job, and this was also noticed by my neighbour who acknowledged and highly commended their work and their work ethic. I was at a point that I was slowing them down because I just couldn’t keep up with their pace. Not only they were quick, but the job was done with perfection, and they do tidy up before they finish every day. I was working away from home throughout their job, and this could’ve been a heavier burden for me but the team made sure that I’m not worrying about anything. Everytime I come home, they never fail to surprise me with the progress of their work and putting a smile on my face. They have completed their job perfectly as I wanted for my house and was completed sooner than I thought it would. I have already recommended them to friends & families who are thinking of doing their homes. I couldn’t thank you enough brother Waseem and your team for your great work, along with your friendly team. You’ve all made it all worth it for me. Back in September 2022, I visited Manchester (England). Having visited their office and some sites, I found them highly professional in their work. The rates are also good and highly recommended. Waseem is extremely knowledgeable in his dealings and explaining everything about their work.

Very polite and accommodating. Good initial contact. Started a week late due to some personal problems, which was okay. Sadly, I didn’t find their work up to a high standard. There was little attention to detail and they were quite clumsy in their approach to some tasks. They caused damage in a room that they weren’t even working in, and didn’t own up to it, until I noticed and asked them about it. Days later. As I say, nice people, but not a high enough standard of workmanship.

I had my whole house renovated by K W & S Builders they been amazing. I have had 4 chimneys breast removed, plastering, painting, wallpaper and loads more work has been done by them . I was very impressed how fast and efficient they worked, and at a very reasonable price. The job has been done to a high standard, everything was done just the way I wanted it. Just rang this company for some advice and to offer potential work. Firstly he answered the phone like he was receiving a call from a friend. Secondly after I explained what I was needing he said he wouldn't come out to offer a quote (which is advertised on his website) because he had other work to do and then he hung up on me mid sentence. I tried to call back and he ignored the call. Extremely unprofessional and If this is how he behaves from the start I'd keep well away

Very professional friendly, easy to work with and responsive. Provide professional advice and quick and easy solutions to any problems faced during the build. The only builders which were able to provide me with a quick design and fix when converting my garage which was on different level to the house.

Great service. I accidently drilled a hole into the heater pipe and water started leaking with pressure. I needed an emergency repair so contacted brother waseem and he provided the service very quick. Repair was done very quick and very professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Did a great job installing a garage door, including knocking out the brickwork. Completed in good time for a reasonable price. Would recommend.

K W & S Builders where amazing! They did both of our bathrooms full tiles and insulation and even made a hallway!!! I was impressed how fast and efficient they worked, and at a very reasonable price. KW&S did a bathroom refit and tiled our hallway and porch inside and out. They have their own tiler, plumber and electrician so can provide all services. They advised along the way where they thought things could be done better than the original plan. They came back to complete snags aswell as an emergency callout. Thank you for your service, we will recommend you to family and friends.

Was happy with the quality of work

We have reverently used KW&S builders for our bathroom instillation and they have done a great job. The new bathroom has been fitted with a clean finish and the end result is just how we imagined. The team were professional at all times.

Cellar Conversion Waseem and his were very nice and helpful got on with the job and explained to me what they were going to do with damped cellar. They did the job to a good standard even they have to install a new drainage system in cellar. They are really truly professional, hard working and was always on time. I will get him to work on our home in the future! Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend. All Happy!

K W & S Builders removed a bearing wall from my kitchen turned it into a kitchen dinner and turned a brick storeroom into a wetroom. I was impressed how fast and efficient they worked, and at a very reasonable price. The job has been done to a high standard, everything was done just the way I wanted it. I had to build large extension to the rear of the house. It has a toilet and a walking in shower. One large room and and a hallway. The KWS handled everything perfectly. From removing existing conservatory to paving the garden at the end of the job. Absolutely zero headache for me. They were very professional and considerate. You would barely notice that they are on the site, they managed to keep the noise down to a minimum. Also they kept to schedule and were very informative about the steps they were taking. Quality of work is second to none the finish looks spotless. Very impressed with the tiling finish, the bathroom looks dazzling. Truly amassing experience, not to mention that they are very competitive when it comes to price. Would I recommend them - a big "Yes".
