Footings Direct have just completed the renovation of two rooms for us. This is the third time we have used them for large works - and we are extremely impressed (once again) by the quality of the workmanship, the overall service, and the meticulous attention to detail. All of the workers were highly skilled, friendly and polite, very respectful of our property and our privacy, and extraordinarily tidy. They made every effort to minimise the disruption to our lives, and they caused us no bother at all. The quality of the work is superb. We are immensely happy with everything. They also noticed, and took care of minor problems that (inevitably) cropped up - even problems that other firms might have dismissed as 'none of their concern'. And they did this with no additional charge. It is important to mention that the boss is an absolute star. He is very responsive to queries and questions. He oversees everything with piercing attention to detail. He was constantly mindful of our worries and concerns. He finds and corrects issues so small that we would not even have noticed them. He was on hand every day that the job went on, and he kept us continually updated. Another point to note is that there are no 'hidden costs' with Footings Direct: the price they quote is the price you pay. Moreover, the timeline they give you is entirely reliable. In fact, the work was completed ahead of schedule. I heartily recommend Footings Direct to anyone who will listen. Massive thanks to Jeremy and the team.

Jeremy and his team transformed our tired, dark kitchen and dining room, into a fabulous kitchen, shower and utility rooms, filled with light and space. We were supported throughout the process, with brilliant recommendations for all materials and fixtures required.The team were all excellent craftsmen, always punctual, respectful and tidy, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely highly recommend them and we are already planning to have them back to do some further work

Footings have recently completed a major renovation and extension of my tired 1950’s bungalow to create my “forever “ home - it was virtually the same team as did the same job eight years ago. We are delighted with the single storey extension and kitchen / diner that Footings Direct have created for us. Jeremy was a great resource even before we had appointed Footings Direct sharing his knowledge and contacts all through the planning phase. Although I was anxious about a big building project I needn't have been as Jeremy dealt with everything on our behalf and took any stress out of the process. His team were also a pleasure to deal with, they were friendly, polite and efficient in all that they did and we enjoyed catching up with them on site. Everything was completed exactly when they said it would be and to an extremely high standard. We couldn't be happier with Jeremy and his team at Footings Direct. They built a two storey side and rear extension at our home. This was a pretty big undertaking but Jeremy filled us with confidence from the outset. He has a meticulous eye for detail and treated our home as if it were his own. His price was fixed from the outset and he was very clear on what would be included. He took the stress out of the whole process and dealt with any problems that arose efficiently. This meant we were able to enjoy the whole process whilst Jeremy dealt with every aspect of suppliers, tradesmen and building control. His team are incerdibly hard workers but are also polite, respectful and reliable. Our project was quite substantial which meant we had to move out for a time, however Jeremy kept us updated throughout and we were always well informed of what was going on. After four months of building, the project was finished on time and on budget. It is testament to the high standards of workmanship that after several months of moving back in, we have not come across a single snag. We couldnt recommend Jeremy and the Footings Direct team more highly.
