Bluebell were sub contracted by our main builder, to do the electrics for our renovation and extension in 20/21. All seemed to be going ok, but when I contacted Ed and asked them to come back about some loose sockets and issues with wiring (flickering lights etc), I was completely ignored. I wouldn't normally leave a negative review, but it's frustrating as these are simple fixes, but shouldn't have happened in the first place, and they need to be rectified.

Appalling service - AVOID! I requested help fixing the thermostat control on my shower. Engineer came said it was fixed and I quote "the cartridge was just stuck" and "it is working fine now". We were both happy the thermostatic cartridge was not broken and didn't to be replaced. I was charged £102 (standard 1 hour call out charge) based on the fact the job was complete and he said "I've tested it and it is working fine". I was downstairs and handed the engineers phone after the work was complete and told to pay the fee without the opportunity to check the work. I wish I had checked the work before paying as when I went to have a shower in the morning it was no different and still not working. I raised a complaint and requested my money back as the work had not been done as promised. The Director has refused saying I would have to pay a call out charge regardless of if he did anything or not (!). I appreciate a call charge would have been payable if he had come, said the cartridge was broken, and then had to replace it. However, the engineer explicitly said the issue was resolved and had been tested. This was an outright lie. The Director then said that the cartridge must now be broken (despite his engineer looking at it and saying it was fine less than 24 hours ago). They provided a quote without me requesting it which included the part number I need to replace the cartridge. You will appreciate I don't want to proceed given the lack of trust in the engineer who told me the issue was tested and fixed when it clearly wasn't. Apparently, the fact they provided a part number (after I complained and didn't ask for) is sufficient to justify the £102 fee as I can now go to any plumber and give them this! Terrible response to the complaint. Very rude when approached in person at their office. AVOID!!

Please please stay away! Do not trust this company. They overcharged us, and claimed for things that we did not ask for. And then pursued us aggressively for items that we never agreed to. Specifically they tried to charge us for a CO2 alarm which we already had in the flat. And then (first through our letting agency, then directly) have aggressively pushed us to pay for something we didn't consent to or need. Additionally when they were scoping out the initial works they tried to add on additional services that we didn't need, but because its so complicated to understand, we fortunately caught it at the last moment. Use anyone else. There are lots of options in London. Avoid Bluebell.

I would highly recommend Bluebell Building Group Ltd, Eddy is extremely efficient, he communicates with you throughout the whole process and the guys who installed my cooker were fantastic. They even cleaned up any mess that was made. I would definitely use this company again.
