JM Construction is praised for professional, skilled and highly organised work across home renovations, including extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, staircases and structural alterations. Customers value the clear communication, helpful advice and ability to manage projects from planning through to completion, with the team described as punctual, tidy, hardworking and friendly. Their quality workmanship, competitive pricing and stress-free approach make them a popular choice for larger building projects.
Had these guys come do a few jobs for me having moved into a new property. They are very quick and professional. With future larger projects in mind such as a back extension and outbuilding they have been very helpful in sounding out for ideas. They clearly know their stuff. I will definitely using them for future projects.
Josh and Mike are top tier carpenters and their work is incredible. They renovated my 2nd staircase making my loft room accessible via it's own stairs when so many builders told me it wasn't possible. They're punctual, tidy, incredibly cheerful, have a great work ethic and strive to deliver a quality service. They kept me informed every step of the way and ultimately made my vision a reality. Extremely competitive pricing also. I wouldn't use anyone else now. Thank you again both!!
We’ve supplied structural steel and metalwork for JM Construction on several projects. They are fantastic to work with—always professional, highly organized, and consistently a pleasure to work with.
Had the guys carry out some work for me at my house and was more than happy with their work and their advice on future projects. They are great builders, competitively priced and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone!
JM Construction is a hidden gem I happened to stumble across after spending a long time trying to find the right people for the work I wanted doing, who actually cared and took pride in their work. Josh & Mike gave me great confidence from the first visit, they attentively listened to what I wanted and worked with me whilst giving me valuable advice along the way to create my vision, bringing it to life. From start to finish they made the process smooth and stress-free, communicating clearly every step of the way. I am thankful for their hard work and time, their work is second to none. They are reliable and trustworthy, kind and honest individuals who together have a strong partnership and great work ethic, always arriving with a smile on their face ready to start the day, bringing a positive attitude to work. They set the bar as 'elite builders'. I'm very grateful and incredibly thankful to Josh & Mike for transforming my property that I will cherish for years to come! All the best, Maya x
Josh, Mike, and team did a great job. I would recommend them.
These guys were absolutely phenomenal. This was our first large renovation project and we had no idea where to begin, Mike and Josh were able to get us going, helped us contact the right people and thereafter were so incredibly helpful, quick, and very hard working. The rate of their progress was truly astounding. I cannot rate them highly enough!
Very helpful and skilled, great price, top quality, pleasure to deal with. Thanks
We cannot speak more highly of the experience we have just had with Josh, Mike & his team replacing our 20yr old kitchen. The quality of their workmanship is second to none. They have kept us informed every step of the way and have worked with us to exceed our expectations. Nothing has been too much trouble. They are hard working, professional and very customer focused. It has been a pleasure to see how well this team work together. We are delighted with the results and have no hesitation in recommending them.
JM provide an amazing construction service and experience from planning and design all the way through to finished construction. The process is seamless and kept fluid throughout the build phases. The owners are very approachable as are their workforce and can accommodate all of your needs well within a fair commercial budget. JM provide a wide range of construction capability ensuring all aspects of the build are captured and managed accordingly, this mitigates the need to rely on other trades or contractors within the job.
They built a fabulous loft conversion including complete new roof and bathroom. Very pleased.
JM Construction did an extension to the back of our house and fitted a new kitchen for us . The results were stunning . They were friendly, efficient and very professional in their approach. I would thoroughly recommend them .
We had some work done on our downstairs, wall knock through, which needed a support beam, new kitchen, open olan lounge and dining room redesign. Josh & Mike did an amazing job, they took care of organising everything from start to finish and made the whole process so much less stressful. We absolutely love how it all looks now and would thoroughly recommend them!
