I hired Glen to repair the pointing on my building and I was very impressed by his service. He was helpful and professional throughout the process. He came to my property at the agreed time to give me an estimate, which was reasonable and fair. He then completed the work on the agreed date within the agreed time scale. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Glen does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, sadly many other contractors don't respond to messages/calls or turn up at the agreed appointment. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs pointing work done. I give him five stars out of five for his excellent service.

Glen recently re-pointed the back half of our house. He was very knowledgable and advised us on the best way to proceed and used lime based mortar as that's what would have been used originally on our victorian terrace, and did a great job blending the new pointing with the old. Glen was punctual, respectful and made the whole process stress free, including ordering and organising scaffolding. We were very happy with his work and highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the steps/wall built for us by Glen. He came and surveyed the job in a timely manner, his quote was competitive (and he stuck to it) and he worked to deliver the finished job within our deadlines – working through some fairly bad weather to do it. He followed the plans we gave him very well and was careful to minimise any adverse impact on our garden as he worked. Glen repointed the brickwork under the bay window of my house which had been cemented by a former owner. Glen repaired our garden brick wall which was in need of some desperate attention in places. He also completed some repointing on our house brick work also. Glen responded promptly, came looked at the job, quoted us a fair price and had us booked in to start within around a week. No messing about, responsive via email and txt. The weather wasn't great with early April intermittent downpours and high winds. But Glen grafted for 2 solid days and now we have our wall repaired to a fantastic standard, matching brickwork, saving and prepping orginial bricks also in a methodical profressional approach. He also repointed an area at the front of our property completing this to a high standard. Glen was extremely professional, polite and punctual. I would not hesitate to use him again - telling others locally also of his great work!
