Beautiful Basements

When it comes to basements, these guys far surpassed my expectations. Timely, courteous, and affordable. I wish I would have reached out sooner. Thank you for you're great work.

We used Beautiful Basements to build a new basement before we began construction on our new house. Everything was clear up front, and the team was a pleasure to work with. They did not charge anything above and beyond what we were originally quoted, and they completed everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Beautiful Basements for any basement project.

I've worked with Beautiful Basements on a few projects. They are experienced and their work quality is very good. I also respect their approach to quoting, as they deliver fair and simple service. I highly recommend their services.

Highly recommended specialist basement builders. Thanks for the great work.

Beautiful Basements built our basement from scratch. They took care of everything for us, from dealing with our architect, organising a structural engineer and designing a tailor made waterproofing system for it. Their crew was highly professional and took care of the site and even the road outside very well, they even cleaned the road every week! The end result was fantastic and it was on time and they stuck to their pricing and budget perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any works, they made it all so easy for us. Thanks Andy & team!

These guys were brilliant from start to finish. The project was on time, in budget and the crew were very conscientious with their timings and cleanliness. They never came in to our house, they had their own toilet and created their own entrance so our disturbance was minimal. The process was clearly set out from first contact and we had so many options that were made very clear to understand.

Highly recommended. Many thanks to the team. Kingston

Top quality professional building contractor which built a reinforced concrete basement for our house. Olly needs a haircut though!!!!

Beautiful Basements built our new basement in 10 weeks without a single hitch. Very helpful and professional and bang on budget. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful Basements really disappointed us in the cellar conversion work which they did for us. We experienced long delays with a lack of communication. When the project was finally done, the basic tanking work was of a good standard, but finish was of poor standard which took chasing (and more time) to get resolved. Complaints procedure was an awful experience. Refused to give any discount despite acknowledging poor service. JUST SEEN BB'S RESPONSE WHICH IS HIGHLY INACCURATE - THE WORKS THEY REFER TO WERE MAKING GOOD ERRORS AND WERE NOT COMPENSATION. ALSO LEAVES OUT THEIR REFUSAL TO REMOVE MULTIPLE PHOTOS OF MY HOME FROM THEIR WEBSITE UNLESS I REMOVED THIS (HONEST AND ACCURATE) REVIEW - THE PHOTOS ARE STILL THERE CLAIMING TO HAVE DONE A BRILLIANT JOB WHERE IN REALITY THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY MUCH UNSATISFIED. HIGHLY UNPLEASANT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Beautiful Basements built our new basement from the ground up with no problems and bang on budget. Really nice bunch of guys and all very knowledgeable about what they do. The site was also kept nice and tidy so little disruption for neighbours. Highly recommended as basement specialists.

On time, on budget and great work by the guys. Thanks. Lee.

Beautiful Basements waterproofed our new basement in 3 days flat! Great technical knowledge and the guys worked hard. Even had their own portable WC for a 3 day job! Pricey but well worth it.

Work of quite good standard but experience very difficult. Team took on work that they obviously couldn't complete in the time allotted so ended up leaving for four weeks with little communication. Refused to take responsibility for poor subcontractors. Left their toilet outside my house for weeks on end. Didn't actually finish the job they were contracted to complete. Refused to offer discount. I wouldn't use again or recommend.

I work for Langton Homes Ltd and we asked Beautiful Basements to create a basement in a new build property. We were very impressed with how professional they were and the excellent job they did. They worked very hard and through all weathers! We would recommend them and will be using them again on other new builds.

We were very impressed with the way Andy and Rich executed the work in our cellar in 2012. They were totally professional in their approach to the job and we liked the fact that they communicated well with us at every stage and they explained everything to us each day. We changed a few things along the way and this didn't faze them in the least. They carried out all the work in a sympathetic way with the least amount of disruption to us and the rest of the house AND they cleaned up as they went along!!! We were more than delighted with their skills and workmanship and we would recommend them highly to anyone considering having any work carried out in a basement or cellar.
