We’d been thinking about having a kitchen/dining extension for quite some time, as well as renovating our utility room at the same time. We first spoke to Bespoke in February and they were great from the outset and we definitely knew they were the company we wanted to use. They were experts in everything they did, handled all aspects of the build, helped us to plan our extension, thought of lots of things we hadn’t even considered, and helped to make our extension even better for us. Work started promptly at the end of April. Our project manager Tommy was excellent, visiting us multiple times each week and keeping us informed of what would be happening when and guiding us on when decisions would need making. It was so easy to work with him and he regularly offered his advice on the finer details of the work we were having done. All the people who worked on our extension were professional, reliable and had a real sense of pride in their work. The team progressed efficiently through the build and everything was completed by early August. There were no major issues through the build (even despite a rainy June slowing down roofing work!) the team were able to make up time in July and we remained on track with the original project plan. The end result is excellent, the quality of finish is very high, and we now have a large open plan kitchen dining space that's so much better for our family. Our extension is even better than we'd hoped for and was completed much more quickly than we thought would be possible. We first met with Stuart in February, designed the extension with Bespoke in March, work started at the end of April and everything was finished to a very high quality by early August. We'd definitely recommend Bespoke to anyone else considering a similar project.

We decided to use Bespoke Norfolk to build our 1 story rear kitchen extension after we requested a visit from Stuart. He had great ideas and explained the process from beginning to end. He appointed Tommy as our Project Manager and Tommy brought the team to meet us and explained what would happen from day 1. They started on the agreed start date and the old conservatory was taken down and the build started All the team and sub contractors were extremely tidy and totally competent in their various trades. Tommy kept us informed of what was going to be done and which tradesman to expect weekly and visited often to ensure works were done to his very high standards and in a timely manner. Most of the tradesman came long distances every day but they were all so happy in their work and took so much pride in what they did and always smiling and courteous. And well what can I say about Mike? the multi-tradesman who was here nearly everyday - what an absolute star you are - nothing was any trouble for him - even when my little dogs escaped to the area he was working in and they started licking his face. I am not going to lie it was a long slog at times especially when we were without our kitchen for a few weeks but all the tradesman felt our pain and kept our spirits up. The chippies did a fantastic job on the kitchen and even made and designed my bespoke bar We are totally over the moon and will never stop raving on about Bespoke Norfolk - from beginning to end you have exceeded all expectations and we thank everyone at Bespoke for our beautiful build Judy and Rod Swan

I initially got a quote from 2 building companies for a one-off, large new home. The team at Bespoke had brilliant ideas and ways to maximise end value. Compared with another firm, they were similar on price, however more Bespoke were efficient in the quoting process which gave me confidence in the build. Throughout the build stage they have been on time, resolved any niggles and added further value in helping implement ideas in the build. The quality has surpassed expecations, as I have dealt with many construction firms who don't seem to appreciate the detail. I've recommended to friends and will use again.

We are delighted with our transformation. Not only were Bespoke willing to take on a (really) challenging project, they kept the building work on track through a heatwave, 9 storms, endless rain and thick mud - and all with good humour! Bespoke took us through planning to moving back in, helping us make informed and timely decisions, and always keeping us in the loop. Bespoke Norfolk Group recently completed our extension and internal revamp. Tommy and the team were first class. Potential customers can see for themselves the quality of their work on their website and social media platforms, but what these don’t show is how friendly and professional the team are. Nothing was too much for them, the communication was excellent and they really take pride in their work.

The Bespoke Norfolk Group team worked so hard to create such a wonderful extension, new entrance and bathroom renovations for us. From the initial meeting all the way through everyone has been polite, punctual and hard working. We chose the design package and everything ran effortlessly. We can’t thank Scott enough for his hard work, ideas and ensuring everything was perfect and we were 100% happy on completion. Both him and Vince were always easy to get hold off and happy to answer questions, explain processes and be on site to check everything was moving along nicely. It’s honestly been a pleasure to have them working for us, we would definitely recommend to anyone and use again in the future.

We had a complete renovation and refurbishment on our bungalow by Bespoke Norfolk, more than happy with the build and the tradesmen. Stuart went above and beyond to make our ideal home and came up with some great ideas and suggestions that we hadn't thought of. Quality building company, would thoroughly recommend.

After a fairly good start, things went rapidly downhill. They were totally out of their depth.

We had an extension and garage conversion built as a turn key project, from the ground workers and bricklayers and carpenters all the way through to the final painters and decorators the entire team was excellent. They finished on time and to the agreed price. The supervisor visited every day and the project director ironed out any unexpected issues making this project surprisingly stress free. Total professionalism from start to finish highly recommended.

We selected Bespoke Norfolk to help renovate my son’s property in Heacham. Scott and the team have completed the work to a really high standard and with great thought over the details. Their help and recommendations were all spot on! Can’t wait to move in! Thanks

As you can see from the photo's Bespoke Norfolk fitted this bathroom and it initially looked fabulous!! However: 1. The plasterboard was fitted to the floor with no gap, 2. The wallboards were not correctly sealed, 3. The bath was also not correctly sealed. Result? Water running down the bathroom walls for the last 18 months and pooling under the floor. So we now have (in a new build) damp walls, rotten frameworks, blown skirting and a lot of mould! It may all look nice when they leave but you don't know what's lurking underneath! It will cost us £3,000-£4,000 to put right after spending around £250K on the conversion with Bespoke!! This is he latest horror in a catalogue of disasters. Be warned!

I was in the middle of covid lockdown . Disabilities which mean I never get outside unaid so I had been in four walls for 3 years as my partner died . I employed someone to transform my lean to into a garden room so I could get to see the seasons ,animals and birds . I found the next day after paying them that one side of the roof was pouring in water . In tears I pleaded on fb for someone to help! Stuart Deadman , part of Bespoke came the next morning. The rest is history ! He assessed. Found a professional roofer so he could find the leaks and repair them . IT IS AMAZING ! PLEASE NOTE ...It has taken since November 2020 till July 2021 to write this review as Stuart said he wanted to help someone in need and often does . He refused to take money !! All I am paying now is materials ,( I insisted )and he ( the company ) has paid the bill . IF YOU WANT HONESTY, A FAIR PRICE AND AN AMAZING JOB - YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE RIGHT PLACE . THEIR WORK IS SUCH QUALITY . Stuart ( Bespoke )I CANNOT TELL YOU WHAT YOUR KINDNESS MEANT AND STILL DOES . A MASSIVE CHANGE TO MY OUTLOOK ON A DAILY BASIS 👏👏👏👏👏😉

Thank you Bespoke Norfolk for turning our dream into a reality. We can’t say there weren’t some bumps along the way, BC, Covid, Brexit and a big boat getting stuck were all against us but we have ended up with an amazing space.

Bespoke have just completed on our kitchen diner extension and we could not recommend them more. The process has been effortless from start to finish and they were able to offer us the design package which included both architects drawings and structural surveyor - we didn’t need to source these ourselves, Bespoke’s service was all encompassing! I have been working from home throughout the job and the workmen have been so accommodating and always polite and hard working! Stuart the owner was great in helping us design the job and thought of ideas we would not have otherwise thought of and his attention to detail throughout and customer care has been amazing. Our project manager Tommy was great also and was always on hand if there was anything wrong and was quick to deal with/rectify! Bespoke have currently submitted planning for our front extension and we can’t wait to have them back, they’ve been an absolute pleasure and so easy to get on with!

We were unfortunate enough to select this company for a large conversion project. They went bust in lockdown when we were almost finished but have left a huge list of issues which we have had to sort out since including Substandard and unsafe electrical installation - with fraudulently obtained safety certificate Leaking Roof Installation of air source heating by unregistered tradesman - in spite of confirmation that they were fully qualified. £1800 to put right installation mistakes in order to get heating properly signed off (again we had a commissioning certificate fraudulently issued they system wasn't properly connected so could never had been actually commissioned) Taps and showers plumbed back to front Ground level incorrect as a course of bricks was missed leading to serious flooding and further ground works Feature window in the wrong place - so not actually looking at the view it was supposed to feature These are the major issues the list goes on. Superficially it looked great but looks can be deceiving!

Ben and the team have done a great job for us transforming a tired bungalow into a truly modern contemporary home. The planning and quality of build has always been of the highest order and the aftercare excellent. Great job!

We had a loft extension built by Bespoke - they handled everything from the original plans, project management and the built. Also updated our bathroom. The entire team was very professional, the work was of high standard and carried out as expected. Overall we are very pleased with the workmanship.

Our experience is with Ben’s previous company so that’s what I can comment on.The team were great beginning to end of our project last year. The quality of workmanship and the beautiful extended kitchen and family room has been admired and commented on by all our visitors. We are very proud of it!We were kept up to date at each stage. Emails and calls responded to within hours.Any issues discussed and resolved. Contract manager Tom had high standards. We were genuinely surprised and saddened to hear Bespoke Norfolk collapsed. And concerned how our guarantees would be affected obviously. Ben replied to my email within minutes and phoned us the same day to reassure us that he would still sort any problems and to contact him. Based on our experience I’d still recommend them and use them in the future. There was a lot of negative reporting online ,on Facebook etc.Its easy to criticise and pull people to pieces without thinking of the impact. I can only say that I believe Ben has been open and honest about the circumstances and wish him and Stuart and the Bespoke team success in the future.

They lead the building market in Norfolk with their innovative design ideas and forward thinking. I’m extremely happy with the extension they created for me and wouldn’t even bother to look elsewhere for future building work. When I invited Bespoke to quote for my project, Stuart totally comprehended my requirement and made suggestions that complimented and enhanced the end result. Everything was well organised and carried out with minimal disruption. All their tradesmen were a pleasure to have around, very hardworking, polite, clean and tidy. I can only speak for the old company but we had three pieces of work completed by Bespoke and we are extremely pleased with all the work done. The standard is very high, the staff and contractors were always on time and efficient and the project manager, building foreman and directors were always professional and courteous. Any snagging was always dealt with quickly even after some months following completion. Very happy with our reworked house.

Bespoke built 3no new houses for us over the last 6 years, The standard of work was all very good, any problems that arouse where dealt with professionally and quickly.

In this lockdown period I am so pleased to be in such a comfortable property as the one extended by Ben and his team in 2018. I have been able to address the areas not covered by the extension and work on the garden and it all reminds me of the success of working with the firm. This has been a difficult time for many business, but I am pleased that the Bespoke Norfolk Group has managed to regroup for the benefit of all and wish them much success.
