Such a find, Phil is super helpful and amazing at what he does. We moved into a property that flooded on moving day and we found Phil online as someone recommended him. And it was the best decision, If you want quality workman ship and someone who actually listens to the customer and provides top class service and turns up on time. And best of all does an outstanding Job. Then call Phill at Stickland Construction. We had a full rewire from an electrician he recommended (Grant). Must say he had same high standards as Phil and done an amazing Job. Phil then done all the labouring and a full kitchen refit,followed by a part Bathroom refit,followed by full skirting and built in wardrobes to new doors he done everything to an exceptionally standard. We will only use Phil going forward. 5 star and top chap to deal with and have to say he is the Best tradesman we have come across in Lincolnshire by miles.

We had our front wall rebuilt and fencing put up. There was a lot of prep work needed and Phil worked so hard. He was very tidy and clearly takes pride in his work. Stickland Construction offer great service and great value for money. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Stickland Construction and we will be using Phil for future jobs.

We had struggled for what seemed months to find people to convert our garage into a utility room. What a find Phil was! He virtually project managed the whole lot and found fantastic tradespeople to do the things that we needed. His own work was done to a fantastic standard - I think he's a bit of a perfectionist. He came when he said he was going to come, he kept us informed about everything and sourced products for us when we were struggling to decide what we wanted. I have recommended Phil to a number of people who have since had work done and they're also delighted with what he has done for them. I'm hoping that he can come back to do some work in our lounge very shortly. A fantastic job, Phil - we couldn't be more pleased.

Philip “Stickland Construction” has done a large portion of building work on my property, from garage conversion (to building regulations standards) and now converting an old dated conservatory, into an extension. Also he has taken down ,and moved a freestanding conservatory attached to the side of my property, and is now a summer room in the garden. Amongst doing other works like ,Kitchen fitting, hanging new doors, laying flooring and building wardrobes. All works have been carried out to a high standard. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Phil has done several jobs for us over the years, varying from new kitchen instillation to working on a complete new build. His work has always been first class, always to the highest standards and best quality that he can achieve. Phil is very conscientious, tidy and has a real knack for being able to convert our visions of what we want into reality. He would always be our first choice for any of the work mentioned and probably more.

Phil Stickland has carried out several jobs for me and all to an excellent standard. He has panelled my downstairs hallway, designed and fitted a bespoke window seat, with a built in book shelf, as well as designing, fitting and managing my new bathroom suite (including doing all tiling). He also updated my kitchen with new units, doors and new worktop and he installed and painted my new wooden front door. Phil really can turn his hand to anything, and does so diligently and to a very high standard. I totally trust him In my house. He also goes out of his way to source materials as cost effectively as possible (as and when necessary) and would let me purchase direct from suppliers. Hence why I’ve been happy to use him for so many different jobs. I could not recommend Phil Stickland more highly.

Phil partially boarded our loft to enable Outreach engineers access to the incoming telephone line. Structural work within the loft space was required in order to afford unimpeded access for the engineer. At the site visit he walked me through the best solution given the constraints, size of loft hatch etc., and explained exactly what he would do. This gave me a lot of confidence. He arrived promptly, maintained COVID requirements and completed the work as specified. He was respectful of the house and cleaned up at the end. I intend to use him again once COVID restrictions are lifted.

Phil removed our old kitchen and fitted a grey glossy no handles kitchen, purchased by us from Wickes. He turned up when he said he would in the morning and worked hard all day. I wasn’t very well at the time of the kitchen fitting and I just trusted him to crack on, but if he had any queries about fitting, he’d ask me and double check before doing the work. His attention to detail is very good and he’s a very tidy worker, leaving my kitchen in a clean workable state at the end of each day. My modest sized kitchen and worktops were finished in less than a week.
