Really happy with the quality of Jay’s work and his building experience and knowledge. He’s done a great job for me repairing damaged brickwork (including replacing the bottom two courses of bricks which had badly deteriorated), replacing my front step, replacing my wooden side gate and repairing my guttering. Looks like a new house! I’d definitely recommend his company if you have any building work that needs doing.

J attended our property to asses the brickwork of our conservatory. He took the time to explain the issues and was always available for questions. The work undertaken by his team was fantastic and always aprochable. One evening, we had a storm whilst work was ongoing, and J replied instantly to assure us that everything was ok. We will use his company again for future projects.

Highly recommended! Justin and his team are true professionals and experienced builders with lot of attention to details. Great communication from start to finish. They removed the old garden wall and built a new one including the new posts. Justin and his colleague have shown lot of care to make a minimal impact on our garden and did every step with a great care to the surrounding environment. Cleaned and moved all tools and material every day after the work. The picture tells it all, it is state of art garden wall they built and we cannot be more satisfied. This company sorted out a dangerous disaster left by a previous ‘builder’ who took my money and didn’t finish the front steps to my house. They weren’t straight and sloped, collected pools of water (ice when it was frosty), had had concrete slabs laid on them and the footprints of the previous ‘builder’ embedded in the cement! It was an embarrassment at the front of my house. J Taylor’s were punctual, clean, neat, professional, honest, committed and listened to my concerns and worries. They arrived when they said they would and didn’t disappear part way through the project - they did 2 full days just before the Christmas period. They gave advice and made suggestions to improve what I wanted - and understood my budget completely - never once putting any pressure on or trying to push the price up. I’d have no hesitation recommending J Taylor’s, and I’ll be contacting them again for future works I’ll need doing.
