Simon and his team were fantastic. I can't reccomend them enough. Simon attended site pretty much every morning, ensuring all was running smoothly. Very communicative and respectful that it's our home , not just a building site . We were very happy with our choice and wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

Excellent service from start to finish, a very professional Company that I cannot recommend more highly. They listened to what I wanted and that is exactly what I got. An amazing kitchen diner extension and the veranda of my dreams. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of work is extremely high. The team really know their stuff and this means that there were no big problems at all, just the odd small bump. I added extras as we went and they just quietly managed to fit them in with no fuss. They are nice people too which makes it easy day to day. I have already asked them to do another project I have converting 2 rooms into 1.

Over the last 6 months & during a global pandemic, Sanris Builders have carried out a range of work at our home. Building an extension & converting existing space to a fourth bedroom with ensuite, snug & study. The extension gave us a larger kitchen & dining room and our outside space was greatly improved with a large composite decking area. Sanris carried out all of the work to an excellent standard & all of their tradesmen were both professional & friendly. We had somebody on site every working day other than during thick snow & the directors Chris & Simon & the project manager, Adrian were also either on site or in in contact almost every day. I would highly recommend this wonderful family run business, in fact we are going to be using them straight away on our second project now too. They managed to bring to fruition our dream house, with style, a great finish and always remaining polite and friendly, even while up against some very tricky situations, to say the least! :-)

We had a house in that had 30 years of previous ownership. It was tired and needed a top down, inside-out refresh. We now have a home we are very proud of from a set of builders that took their time during COVID hard times . Absolutely certain they can help you.

SanRis built a house for me in Canterbury. I gave them the job because I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, and their quote was realistic. It wasn’t an easy build, with no direct access from the road, and a row of trees interfering with the foundations. SanRis completed the build on time and to an excellent standard. There were no additional charges. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I now have planning permission for a second house and I have asked SanRis to build it.

I wish to award a Gold Star to SanRis as they have just completed a re build for me and it is the most AMAZING space ever! I had old cracked render removed and replaced with Monocouche finish. They did an excellent job. Very punctual - clean and tidy work and kept me informed throughout. Very pleased with result.

We needed a builder to move a joist after the company that were fitting a ‘bespoke’ door got the measurements wrong. SanRis were excellent and got the measurements right and the door fitted perfectly. The workmen were professional from start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

We had planning permission for an extension but we couldn't afford it until we sold a property in Spain. This happened two or three weeks before our planning permission expired. We talked to Chris who agreed to start work almost immediately so that we could get building control to pass the work to allow us to continue. I am sure Chris had to rearrange other jobs to make this happen. Apart from the Christmas holiday period the work progressed smoothly. The site was managed by Chris's son Simon. Nothing seemed to be too much for him – he even fixed a broken window fitting in the original bathroom, which meant going off to get a part from a store and he didn't charge us a penny for that. Because of Simon and his happy band of workers what could have been a very fraught few months were actually fascinating and even happy. Nobody seemed to mind if we asked stupid questions. The workers were always happy to tell us what was going on and why, so we were always in the loop. Most of the workers became friends by the end of the job. Things went smoothly and we were extremely happy with the end result. We've been living in it for nearly a year now and we have been very happy with it. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sanris to anyone who wishes a cheerful bunch of lads to descend on their new build and do a good – indeed remarkable – job. I would like to add that the build came in exactly as quoted – to the penny and on time!
