Morgan and Smith Construction Ltd are widely praised for their clear communication, high-quality finishes and considerate approach during house renovations and extensions. Many clients highlight Ryan and the team's friendly, adaptable manner and prompt problem-solving, with several returning to them for repeat projects. However, a couple of reviewers experienced serious issues, reporting that work was left unfinished and concerns were ignored.
I've worked with Ryan on two refurbishment projects and would happily work with him again. What stands out most is his calm, practical approach and the care he shows his clients. On a recent project for a family two adult children with learning difficulties, Ryan and his team were incredibly patient and flexible, carefully adapting their work to minimise disruption while delivering an excellent result. The client was delighted, and throughout the project Ryan was professional, collaborative, and a pleasure to work with.
Morgan and Smith provided a great service from start to finish. Their construction work is of the highest quality and they managed the subcontractors extremely well. Any problems which arose were solved quickly and efficiently keeping us informed every step of the way. All the tradespeople were extremely friendly and they showed great flexibility in working around us. And the end result was an excellent. Highly recommend speaking to them about any renovations you are considering.
Ryan and the team were wonderful to work with. Great communication, together with great workmanship. They helped us navigate through a house renovation and extension project from start to finish with genuine care and attention. Since completing the project we’ve had Ryan and his team back several times to help us with further works when needed. Ryan is so approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. He is always the first person we think of asking! We would highly recommend Morgan & Smith to anyone who is thinking of having work done.
Morgan & Smith recently completed a back and side extension on my mums house! And we are so happy with it. We have now been approved for our extension going up on the house! Ryan and his amazing team are returning in summer to continue more works! We couldn't be happier!
Can’t speak highly enough of Ryan and the team. Communicated clearly from start to finish updating me step by step of the work they’ve done and I couldn’t be happier with the finished result! 100% would recommend
Cannot recommend Morgan & Smith construction enough, They have done both commercial and private work for me over the last 5 years which has always been completed to the highest standard and exactly how it was explained. That's why we've used Ryan and his team on several occasions.
I recently had some work done with Morgan and smith and I really wanted express my gratitude and thanks its rare to find a tradesman that will do everything they say they will. Ryan was such a genuine stand up guy. Very Respectful I cannot fault the company, I will be recommending to anyone that asks and I intend to use them for any further work if I need it. The finish was exceptional.
M&S put on a 'good show' to start with then they eventually left the job for another more lucrative customer leaving the planned work unfinished. The invoicing was surprisingly opaque and our trust in the team was regrettably unfounded. Shameless behaviour which I cannot recommend to anyone.
You left us with a half unfinished house, that still leaks from the roof I might add. When my mother sent you an email asking you to fix what you had not finished and what we paid you for, you ignored her. Didn’t finish the job, took the money and left.
