Bungalow Renovation We recently hired Ian and his team for a complete bungalow renovation, and the results are nothing short of outstanding. This was a highly complex build that required pulling together multiple moving parts and dependencies across multiple products e.g. eco technologys and the team handled it flawlessly from start to finish. Right from the initial stages, Ian’s project management and planning were excellent. He kept us informed, coordinated timelines and ensured the entire build stayed on track, which completely took the stress out of the process. With this major scope of work, unexpected challenges were bound to crop up. Whenever a complex issue arose, Ian and his team approached it with brilliant problem-solving skills ensuring the best result. The craftsmanship throughout the entire bungalow is exceptional. It is clear that Ian and his team take massive pride in what they do, and they do not cut corners. If you are looking for a reliable, highly skilled, and professional team to manage a complex build or renovation, we cannot recommend Ian and his team highly enough. Thank you for transforming our bungalow into an incredible home!

Kieron and his team did a barn conversion project for us. This involved repointing the original brick walls from a small derelict 19th century barn. Apart from that, it was a complete new build - new internal structure, new roof, windows, joinery, installation of water, drainage, and electricity, full wiring and plumbing etc. They were absolutely incredible and I can’t recommend them highly enough. We are so happy with the final result. It was great working with Kieron - he was really helpful throughout, made everything as stress-free as possible, and kept us informed about what was happening on site. I would trust him with my life! The costs were transparent and everything was explained clearly to us. The whole team was hard-working, friendly, meticulous, and they did a fantastic job. We would not hesitate to work with them again

Ian and Kieron did a great job with our property, putting in an extension and undertaking extensive re-modelling. They were organised and had good attention to detail, meaning the work was done to a high standard and we always knew what to expect. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Ian, Kieron and their fabulous team have recently completed a single storey extension to the side of our house. They did an excellent job; all to an incredibly high standard, on time and within budget. The team were a pleasure to work with - always punctual, efficient, tidy and considerate. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they were flexible with any changes and always happy to come forward with ideas if asked. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.

Ian, Kieron and team have built us our dream indoor/outdoor kitchen. The complicated job involved fitting bespoke bifold windows and doors, removing internal and external load bearing walls, extending the patio laying underfloor heating and fitting out the kitchen. From concept to delivery Ian was fantastic, with support and advice, nothing was too much trouble. The end result is beyond our expectations and we can’t recommend I D Smith Construction Services enough.
