Pimlico Home Improvements Limited

Charlie and his team were impeccable from start to finish on my roofing project. Charlies communication throughout was faultless. That good they will be back to complete rear roof and firewall projects as my property takes shape.

If like me you decide to do some DIY on your roof you would be wise to keep the telephone number of Pimlico. They rescued me in good order. Extremely efficient and professional. They didn't laugh at all, just got on with the job. I have no qualms in recommending this company.

Quick efficient and clean work. A very good team. It was only a few weeks ago but the roof now seems to be completely watertight. I would recommend.

Charlie has done several jobs for us now including reroofing our outside shed and total refurb of the outside pipes plus masonry painting. Charlie is always professional, knowledgeable and keen to find a solution to any issue. He is considerate and does a job that is thorough and long lasting. Very clear quotes and receipts and very good at communicating. Many thanks to Charlie and the team, we would always go to them for future jobs.

After seeing Pimlico working on a house near us we decided to use them. Chas and his team were very professional. Their work went above and beyond. Our neighbour has a glass extention that had to be boarded up so it wasn't damaged. We would definitely use this firm in the future. Thank-you to Chas and his team.

Rapid response, efficient, competent and friendly workers, a tidy, unobtrusive professional team, I have no hesitation in recommending Pimlico for building work.

I have had the pleasure of working with Charles and his team across a number of jobs, internal and external, and have always been very happy with the results. Charles himself is attentive to the job from start to finish and the quality is always high. He is also good at solving issues, for example difficult access for scaffolders. The team are very polite which is important as Pimlico represent me to my tenants. They also complete work in the time assured to a high standard.

Fantastic service, highly recommend ! Charlie will give you an honest quote and he has years of experience. The work will be of a high standard and they always clean up afterwards! Best builders in Brighton 🙂

I recently had chimney work done on my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled in their craft. From the initial inspection to the final clean-up, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Very pleased with the completed work. New Church Road Hove.

Charlie and his team have completed several major jobs for us . They always deliver on time and in budget and Charlie himself gives a very personal service , Explaining everything in advance and supplying detailed costings for prior approval . The work is always carried out punctually and to a high standard . We have recommended Pimlico to many neighbours and will continue to do so .

I have used Charlie and his team for some roofing refurbishment and some external decoration and cladding. I found Charlie to be an honest conscientious project manager throughout. The works included pitched tile repairs and replacement, roof valley replacement, pvc cladding and waterproofing membrane. I also had some external painting carried out to rendered walls. Charlie managed all aspects including the installation of a five stories scaffold for access and protection of the terraced townhouse. All prices were agreed before work commenced and there were no variations to the initial costs quoted We’ll done Charlie and his team

Pimlico Home Improvements fixed our roof and flat roof in the midst of winter due to some leaking. The team were great and Charles was very informative, patient and provided very good information and was not pushy about any other additional work, which we decided to have done as it was easier to get the whole roof sorted in one go rather than just having to do the emergency work done and have to pay for scaffolding a few years later again. We received a 10 year guarantee for the work completed and 2 years later we still have no issues with the roof.

Excellent work and a pleasure to deal with

Pimlico are an excellent company. Very responsive and reliable with good quality workmanship. Charles and his team are helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to solve building problems. I cannot recomemd them highly enough.

I contacted Pimlico for a quote for repair work and painting of my house. They were very professional and agreed to do the work to fit in with my timescales. Charlie managed everything and kept me fully informed throughout. All of his team were friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with the work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending Pimlico.

I had Pimlico Home Improvements carry out extensive work on the roof of my flat, which is part of a listed building, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely careful to respect the heritage features of the property. A special mention goes to Charlie, who was incredibly thorough, friendly, and professional throughout the entire project. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated at each stage, and ensured that every detail was completed to the highest standard. His attention to detail and approachable manner made what could have been a stressful process completely straightforward. The finished roof looked fantastic, and it’s clear the work had been carried out with real skill and pride. I would highly recommend Pimlico Home Improvements — and especially Charlie — to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality workmanship, particularly on complex or listed properties.

Pimlico Home Improvements provided a new roof to a 1960s extension to a Grade 2 listed 18th century home in Lewes which has been prone to water ingress. The work was done quickly, very professionally and at a competitive price. Most importantly - it worked! I throughly recommend Pimlico Home Improvements.

Pimlico Home Improvements rebuilt our kitchen flat roof beautifully and later carried out some very well-executed rendering and re-pointing on the roof of our house. They are very competent and professional.

We used Pimlico Home Improvements after we had storm damage to our house. Charlie came around within an hour of us calling and Charlie and his team started work on the next dry day. We cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for the fantastic work they did for us. From start to finish Charlie and the team were professional, polite, respectful and honest about timeframes and costs. I would not hesitate in recommending Pimlico to all my friends and family. Thank you again. Michael.

Charlie at Pimlico Home Improvements is a gem. Friendly, efficient and fairly priced. We have used him before. We will use him again and again!

I contacted Pimlico Home Improvements LTD after being let down by another company who had supplied and built a garden room for me. The roof is now collapsing amongst other things. I have lost all faith plus I can't get them to come out anyway so I started looking for another company to quote and finsh/ repair the building. So I contacted Pimlico and to their credit someone came out the same day to see the building. Unfortunately that's where their good points end. As I listened to all the rubbish Charles gave me about how the customer is more important to them than the money and after I had explained all the stress and hassle we had been through. He left promising me he'd get back to me in a couple of days. Well after the best part of a week I hadn't heard anything to I contacted Charles on Saturday the second of August 25 to be told they had a person off he'd get back to me EARLY the next week. Again I heard nothing and had to contact him again on the 9th of August so a full 7 days later. To be told they don't think they can help. Despite advertising that they do new roofs and ALL roof repairs. Maybe they should rethink there advertising

Pimlico Home Improvements refurbished the whole of my roof of my house in Hove. It was a big job that was completed to the highest standards. I live in Berlin but felt completely comfortable leaving things in their hands as Charles sent me continuous updates with photographs as the work progressed. After this big job, I got Pimlico in to do some smaller jobs. These were completed with equal professionalism. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have used the services of Pimlico Home Improvements Ltd a few times now and every time we have been 100% happy. Every member of Charlie’s team is brilliant. They have always completed the jobs on time and with utmost respect for us and our property. We thoroughly recommend this company to one and all.
