JG Brickwork and Landscaping Leicester

I can’t rate Josh highly enough. I required some re-pointing work on my bungalow, and he surpassed my expectations. Not only was the work done to a high standard, Josh even noticed some other areas that I hadn’t, and these areas were also completed/included at no extra cost. Josh’s attention to detail was second to none, would recommend whole heartedly to anyone looking to procure his services. Thanks so much Josh A+++ :) Ed

A professional and passionate detailed bricklayer. Josh built our front garden wall that has enhanced the appearance of our house to a different level. We are extremely impressed and pleased with his work. We would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

Josh was polite, professional and was genuine in his assesment of the work required and the price. Did a good job for a reasonable price and was tidy throughout. Would happily recommend.

Josh rebuilt part of our garden wall and also did some repointing for us. He arrived on time, was very clean and tidy with his work. The job was completed to a great standard. We would definitely call out josh again in the future for any brickwork.

Josh has been great and we will continue to have work done by him, while recommending his workmanship, skill set and working practice to others. Josh is polite, hardworking, skilled and tidy in his workmanship. He was honest in his assessments, while his quotes were clear and prompt. Josh was paitent and respectful in all his communication with us. He worked for a day repointing the exterior of our home. Working on the severity at the front and the bee holes and around piping entrances at the back. He matched the mortar to the previous, with a seamless end result. His working practice was clean and tidy, while he also remembered to take care around the specific plants I had mentioned. We highly recommend him for his work, and look forward to working with him on future projects. Thanks Josh! [Sorry, I dont have before shots].

Our house was in need of re pointing, after contacting a few companies & not getting much luck with anyone, spotted JG Brickwork working on a house locally so gave Josh a ring to have a look. He came round as promised priced the job up & we arranged a start date. Josh was punctual every day. His care & attention to detail was amazing. So clean & with great respect to our neighbours (as it's not an easy job to stop dust going everywhere) He did front, back & side of house which wasn't easy with limited access. The finished job was better than I could have hoped. I would 100% recommend Josh to anyone looking at Brickwork or Landscaping jobs.

Our front garden wall was in need of attention due to age, wear and tear. Having been let down by several builders, we located JG Brickwork and Landscaping. Upon contact, Josh arrived the same day for an assessment of the garden wall. He advised that the wall would be better rebuilt above the blue brick layer. We agreed to proceed and Josh made all the appropriate arrangements for the materials and a skip etc. As soon as Josh commenced with the work, it was immediately clear that his level of standard of work was way above and beyond of the builders we had seen in the past. His attention to detail is to behold and he sets a very high benchmark which all builders should aspire to achieve. Josh worked with care and consideration for our surroundings and ensured that the area was kept clean at all times. He arrived punctually each day until the work was completed. Subsequently, we appointed Josh to replace our aging retaining wall in the back garden with equal high standard of work. Anyone looking for landscaping or Brickwork should consider his services which have done us proud. Please see the pictures of his work. Without any doubt, JG Brickwork and Landscaping are the best around👌.

Josh was exceptional - he repointed the front of our house perfectly. He took the time to ensure the colour matched perfectly, no mess anywhere, did the job carefully but quickly, very considerate and polite, tidied everything afterwards and very fair price. Also appreciated the honest and professional advice he gave us. Looks amazing. Would thoroughly recommend and I will definitely use him again in future. Really impressed - thanks Josh :)

Josh was very professional and really good at what he does. We had some repointing done and made an excellent job. There was no mess and turned up when he said he would. Very polite and considerate. Nice one Josh, thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe for some brickwork on my property, and I am beyond happy with the results. From start to finish, Joe's approach was friendly and professional. He paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that the job was done to the highest standards. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and his thoroughness was evident in every aspect of the project. Additionally, Joe offered a competitive price, providing excellent value for the outstanding work delivered. I highly recommend Joe for any brickwork needs – his dedication and expertise are truly unmatched.

I contacted JG Brickwork because I had been referred to them. I simply wanted to ask a few questions for my own personal needs, as I am in the process of building a small brick garden wall. Although the questions I asked were not directly benefiting JG Brickwork financially, Josh was kind enough to graciously answer and offer his assistance. This truly showcased his character and willingness to help, which is incredibly valuable when considering a contractor or landscaper to hire. I am sincerely grateful for his detailed responses to my inquiries. While I don't expect everyone to reach out to JG Brickwork with questions, I am immensely appreciative of the help Josh provided me. I would definitely hire Josh if when I needed to just based on this alone, Thank you once again!

Excellent job repointing.

I highly recommend Josh if you need any brickwork done. He recently carried out some quite extensive repairs to a low brick wall and pillars at the front of my house and I'm delighted with the result. Not only that, he always let me know when he would arrive in the mornings, arrived on time and worked hard to get the work done as quickly as he could, without compromising on the quality. He was friendly but polite and I believe his charges to be very reasonable. Good work, Josh!

Josh repointed a very old garden wall. The whole process from first contact to completion was conducted in a professional and friendly manner.

Josh at JG Brickwork is professional in what he does - he arrived on time everyday, started the job immediately - along the way he would discuss the work and made sure I was happy with it - Josh spent a week on the surrounding wall and was finished with a high standard - Josh made sure everything was cleared up at the end of the day. I would definitely use Josh again & would definitely recommend him to all my family & friends Thank you

We hired josh to landscape our very neglected garden. He has completely transformed it to a garden we love, we can’t wait for the summer to finally use it. Josh was very professional, and a complete perfectionist. He designed the garden himself as we didn’t really know what we wanted. We would definitely recommend josh to anyone. We are already saving for our next home improvement and we will absolutely hire josh again. Thank you so much josh for all your hard work.
