I’ve used Ben several times now, and the quality of his work is consistently outstanding. He’s meticulous in everything he does and always happy to offer helpful advice on design and colour schemes. Totally reliable, extremely tidy, and an all-round good chap — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

We have recently used Ben to tile a cloakroom and he did an amazing job at a reasonable cost. Ben was on time every day, was very courteous and cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job! We would highly recommend Ben and would definitely use Ben again!

After receiving Bens quote, we agreed a price and date to tile my hall, kitchen and utility room. On the agreed date he turned up on time. He explained the plan and agreed on our expectations. He is courteous, friendly and has total respect for your house turning up everyday at the time stated. Everyday he tidied up leaving the house and garden tidy. His craftsmanship is outstanding. A very neat professional job. I would recommend Ben any day, to anybody who wants a quality, reliable, hardworking value for money craftsman who certainly knows his job.

Ben has been used by the family in the past, so we decided to use him again in our new property. Ben laid a large floor area and also 2 walls. The finished job is absolutely stunning. Cannot recommend enough.

Ben came to measure and assess the rooms and quoted in a timely manner. He came to complete job when he stated. He was on time and punctual. The work he did was amazing and perfect and the tiles look amazing. He had cleaned up after all the work he did on a daily bases. obtained bens number from yell as he had good reviews on the site after another tiler i had lined up did not show, he turned up as per the phone call quoted promptly and when he came and did the job it was amazing absolutely beautifully looking and left no mess at all,he even took away the empty tile boxes. thanks ben for a great job will definately be using for my next project - stuart and kirsty white

This is the second time we’ve used Stout Ceramics and on both occasions Ben has done an excellent job. He’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable and completes the work in good time. In particular the attention to detail and level of finishing impressed us the most. We’d definitely use again if we actually had anywhere else that needs tiling!

We have just had our bathroom fully tiled by Ben, and I cannot fault any aspect of his work. He was professional, impeccably tidy, always on time, and done the most amazing job. He listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond our expectations. We had one wall tiled in a herringbone pattern, that other tilers who came round to quote wouldn’t even attempt. I needed 2 tiles replacing behind my bath where old tiles had been removed / broken to access the plumbing. Ben was very polite, helpful (in particular, helping me buy replacement tiles) and did a quality job for me at a very reasonable price

Ben chopped out our old limestone tiles and cleared the floor in our kitchen taking care not to damage the under floor heating. He latexed the floor and fitted a Durabase mat and then fitted 45m2 ceramic tiles and grouted. Ben did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the floor. He worked quickly and efficiently and was good value for money. I would recommend him highly.

Rang for basic advice on removing floor tiles and glue. Found the chap to be very very helpful and would recommend this company anytime.
