Trent Valley Plumbing & Building Ltd

I had my wet room done by Trent Valley Plumbing & Building Ltd about 15 years ago, but a couple of weeks ago, I had to have a new floor in my wet room. I had a brain haemorrhage and a speech and language disability (aphasia), a long time ago now, but it can hamper communication but Mark and Bob were very patient with me and did such a wonderful job. I would certainly highly recommend their company, particularly if you or your family has a disability. Thank you!

Excellent job by James replacing our corner bath. Good attention to detail ensuring the new, slightly smaller, bath didn’t leave a gap between the bath, tiling & the flooring. James turned up on time, was friendly & polite, tidying up well. This was the second time we’d used Trent Valley Plumbing & Building - the garage to wet room conversion done 10 years ago is still looking very good. Highly recommended.

This company had been recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them to ask for a quote to replace my bathroom. Mark came out to see me. From the start it was obvious he knew his subject and was totally honest. He helped me refine my ideas and made useful suggestions. Equally he advised me they were busy and the job wouldn’t be undertaken for a while. The quote was clear and in my mind the price was competitive, so I accepted. James was the fitter who carried out the job. He was efficient and skilled in what he did. He was careful to keep any mess to a minimum and cleared up at the end of each day. He kept me fully informed as the work progressed. Materials required were delivered in a timely manner and other tradesmen turned up as required. I had every confidence in James. This work was completed a couple of months ago. I held off doing the review in case any problems arose. Needless to say they didn’t and I’m still as delighted with the work as I was when they completed it. I highly recommend them.

Trent Valley Plumbing recently updated my elderly mother's bathroom into a walk in wet room with new sink, toilet and flooring. They were professional and friendly throughout and completed the work to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Could I just say Mark who completed the works here was wonderful and my mum is very happy with the shower/wetroom. I am also very happy with the work done and how professional, kind, happy, courteous and respectful Mark was.

Gary from Trent Valley (with assistance from Oz) recently plastered the ceiling and two walls in our back bedroom and carried out repairs to some external brickwork. We are very pleased with his work, and everything was left clean and tidy. We have used Trent Valley several times over the years and they can always be relied on to turn up when they say they will.

Trent Valley were approached to install safety rails and undertake work on steep steps by putting in half steps. All work carried out speedily and efficiently. Would definitely use this Company again

I recently had Trent Valley Plumbing and Building replace my wetroom. From start to finish everything ran smoothly and the standard of work by Steve was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

We had a small wall replaced at the front of our porch. The design suggestion was much nicer than the original. Ozz who carried out the work was on time and polite and cleared away all the waste. His build is extremely professional and he cleaned up exceptionally well at the end of the work

I had my whole bathroom done with Trent Valley and i could not be happier with the work. I have also used them since for a tap replacement. Trent Valley is my main contact for building services as they have all you need in-house, which is an ideal scenario for a homeowner. I will most surely keep using Trent Valley for what i need doing, as the service is excellent at very reasonable prices. Mark is excellent at coming back to any queries and always throws in some precious advice. Highly recommend

We first met the Trent Valley Plumbing team a few years ago when they converted our garage, and they did a fantastic job. We've just had them back to refurbish our ensuite bathroom, and once again, they've been outstanding. Their work is always thorough and professional, and they take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and walk us through each part of the job. They're genuinely lovely people, and it’s been a pleasure dealing with them—from Mark Triffit to Mark and Steve, who handled our latest project. We have more work planned and won’t hesitate to call on them again.

Mark visited the property and promptly provided a competitive quote for the works. Communication throughout was excellent. Gary completed the repointing and brick replacement to a very high standard. He was very hard working, friendly and reliable and took great pride in his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trent Valley for similar projects.

I've used Trent Valley Plumbing & Building for two brickwork jobs, and have been very happy with the speed and quality of their work.

I cannot rate this company highly enough for all your household building requirements, from start to finish they are a very professional company and the Director Mark is brilliant and cannot do enough for you. All work undertaken is done to the highest standard possible and all workmen are polite, experienced in their field and clean up after the job is complete. I have used this company twice now for jobs around the house and will definitely be giving them a call in the future when I need more work doing. Thank you very much Mark and all your team.

Contacted Mark for a quote for some air bricks for cellar ventilation via Check a Trade. Gary came round to remove the old vent and install the air bricks. Gary was friendly and professional, and provided us with additional advice for future brickwork improvements. Thank you!

From first contact with Mark requesting a quote for a new Wet Room for my mum to it being installed has been fantastic, a fair price given and this never changed, no added extras, in fact a couple of extra things done with no charge. The team were professional, prompt and really hardworking, my mum lives alone so was really important she felt comfortable which she absolutely did, she couldn’t speak highly enough of the team. Communication was superb, emails answered promptly, felt totally reassured all the way through the process. A couple of snagging issues when work completed but these were sorted immediately with no issues. Would highly recommend using this company. Thank you to Mark and the whole team.

Trent Valley plumbing refurbished our ensuite .From when Mark came to discuss what we wanted to Steve carrying out the work , they were very professional and the work carried out to very high standard .Mark and Steve were very approachable and friendly .We are extremely pleased with the refurbishment and we wouldn't hesitate to employ them again .Definitely 5 star workmanship , thank you .Alison and Dave

Employed Mark’s company to point up and strengthen an arch at the front of our property. The work was completed by Oz who explained everything he was doing and tackled the work confidently, professionally and speedily. All completed in a day and looks great. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending asking Mark to come and quote for such work.

Really great service. Prompt responses to email query and clear advice. Managed to fit us in and get out to us very promptly. Steve did a great job, tidy and friendly.

The work was started quickly, which was needed because of water leakage problems. It was completed professionally and to a good standard.

Trent Valley have just completed the replacement of 2 small radiators in my kitchen with 2 vertical panel radiators in my kitchen. Plumber James was brilliant, on time and excellent service. Whole house heating balanced and now I’ve got a cosy kitchen 😎👍

The bathroom work carried out was to a high standard with good communication with the trades person and office. Would recommend Trent Valley Plumbing for anyone after our successful project

It can feel really hard to find trades that you can trust, but I definitely feel like we’ve found one in the team at TVP&B. From first enquiry to completing the job today (replacing a section of our cast iron soil pipe to stop a leak) the team have been so helpful and friendly. Mark who visited us to complete the work explained exactly what he was doing, completed everything so quickly and left the site absolutely spotless. Would recommend and will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

Repointing brickwork, very good service the builder was tidy and the work is of a good standard ..

Recently had a new bathroom fitted. Really pleased with the work. Total transformation. 😃😃Many thanks to James for his hard work on it. Would recommend these guys anytime. 👍👍

I made an excellent choice. I had a walk in shower installed. The work was completed sooner than I had thought likely and was in all respects first class. This is an experienced efficient firm. run by very nice people

Great job for the team on removing the dangerous chimneys off my house. Prices matched other quotes and communication was brilliant. Skilled workmen, will definitely be using them again for another job I have in mind.

We had a downstairs toilet fitted and are extremely happy with the results. What was equally good was the communication - Mark and his team kept us informed of when they would be arriving and how long the job would take. They went the extra mile to meet my requests.

Had a wet room fitted by TVP and the plumber and electrician that worked on it and the replacment and moving of my consumer unit were friendly and professional. The customer service from this company is excellent and even after the job was done they were willing to give me help and advice. I can't really fault this company and its staff.

Our experience with Trent valley plumbing was exceptional, they did a bathroom Refit for my elderly mother, they were very considerate of her needs and had a lot of patience with her, they went above and beyond to make her bathroom look nice as well as being practical. Would highly recommend.😀

Our experience with Trent valley plumbing and building Ltd as been good from start to finish. Mark came to give us a quote we found him very professional and honest when he surveyed the work we needed doing. We had the back and side of our house repointed and lintels put above 2 doors and a window. Oz came to do our work we found him to be a thoroughly nice bloke and he took great pride in his work. He cleaned up after himself after each day. The work was done to a high standard and priced as quoted. We are very pleased with the end results and we have already recommended them to both family and friends.

Trent Valley recently replaced the shower enclosure and retiled my bathroom. Liam was excellent - professional, very skilled, and very respectful and pleasant to be around. I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Great workmanship & very friendly team. Just taking my earlier 5 star review down to 4 due to the costs. We had 2x jobs done. The first was a minor job, no parts needed, we were charged over £500 and the guy was here for maximum 2 hrs. Lovely job though. The second was the same, we supplied all parts, here one hour, £160 paid (bargain in comparison i suppose but job 2 was supposed to be fixed in job 1!). So great workmanship. But more expensive than my solicitor & my BMW dealer. If you can afford it, go for it!

A friendly and professional firm, they were the only ones who would take on the additional external pipework we'd previously tried to get fixed for two years. Can't fault them and would definetly recommend them to anyone.

Good communications and quality of work. Had 2 bathrooms renovated and was happy with both the end result and the workman (Tom) who was friendly and happy to help. Would recommend

Neil did a beautiful job of installing my new shower and replacing the tiles that had to be taken off. Would definitely recommend this company. I had to wait a while for them to be able to do it as they are so busy, but it was worth the wait.

Polite and friendly gent who gave us quote

We are very pleased indeed with our new wet room. The quality of the work is excellent. Many thanks to all involved

Excellent craftsmanship with good quality finish. Very happy with work

Trent Valley Plumbing Building recently built a new downstairs bathroom in a space which was previously part of the kitchen in my home. I am very pleased with the work completed including the fitting of the bathroom suite and new drainage and plumbing. TrentPB handled all the necessary building regulation certificates with the council with no hassle for me. The work was completed to a good standard and at the agreed quoted price. I would highly recommend using them and would use them again.

Would highly recommend. I had a new bathroom suite fitted in a difficult bathroom. Mark was very quick with contact and very safe when coming round to quote. Sam was fantastic and has completed the work to a very high standard. Couldn't be happier with the end result, thank you!

Fantastic company. I recently had understairs converted into bathroom. Mark was very quick in response from the visit to to the initial quote & very flexible to my requests in details. Ozz & Mark were very professional with detailed approach & organised throughout. Rubbish & rubbles were collected before they left. They are very reliable & highly recommended.
