Extremely detailed and professional team. Did fantastic work remodelling our bathroom and a great team of people carrying out the task in the house. Would highly recommend!
This company has just completed the second project at our house and I must say I cannot imagine a more outstanding team. They are all exceptional. Key for me being that they have their own installation team who are all Olympic class tradesmen. Matt their team manager is outstanding. It's impossible to imagine a better company to work with. They may not be the lowest cost however, if you want a top quality job then look no further.
Alex, Adam, Matt and Kasia are all superstars. I have worked with them on a number of bathroom renovations over the last year and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. They have been incredibly generous with their time, knowledge and supplier contacts and we are delighted with the outcome.
Ordered a shower from them in January. Service is superb. They were so helpful and responded so quickly to all our enquiries. Highly recommend
Aidan was hands down the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. My inquiry was complex and other business - including the manufacturer - deigned not to respond. Aidan was clear, super quick, and got our project underway. Absolute recommend.
Definitely 5 stars from me. From the moment we walked into the showroom we felt in safe hands. We only have a small bathroom so were delighted with Matt’s design. The team, led by another Matt were fantastic, everyone so polite and helpful, a pleasure to have around. A truly professional job! Finally as little footnote, 2 days after the completion, my husband hung something far too heavy above the shower control, it came crashing down taking the shower control with it….disaster, water everywhere. The team were amazing, dismantling a display unit and coming to our rescue immediately. I’d give them 6 stars if I could, thank you
Alex helped us out from a tight spot when another supplier let us down. He was super fast at providing quotes, responsive over email, and even spotted a couple of things missing from our order, as well as a couple of inconsistencies. Could be happier with the service we got.
I am absolutely delighted with my new bathroom. Matt's design made great use of an unusual space and his recommendations for furniture and fittings were first class. The final design was realised by a superb installation team. Managed by another Matt everyone worked so well together and they were all so helpful and a pleasure to have around. Can't recommend enough!

Used London Road Bathroom's to supply fittings for 2 bathrooms. Alex was excellent, helpful and very patient with us. We bought one item during a factory shutdown which was out of UK stock and Alex ensured that the item was delivered prior to our bathroom installer starting. One item needed to be returned but this was accepted without question. Excellent customer service and aftercare, highly recommend.

Found them fantastic in every respect I used them for - the suppliers and items they stock all top quality, superb in helping suggest\recommend some items, helping to resolve the odd issue and I thought good value for money given the superb quality of items.
