Plumboss Maintenance

Same as Plum Boss maintenance. Registering different company addresses. Rather fraudulent. Avoid this plumber. Came to install a bathroom and he didn't know what he was doing. For the shower, he connected the hot water control to the cold water hose and vice versa. There was also a leak in his shower installation causing leaks unto my kitchen and this ruined the ceiling. The backslashes/ back wash panels installed were done wrong, as he didn't interlock them as expected. There was also leak from WC installed. I tried to reach him, but he wasn't picking up calls. Tried to sue him for damages, but the address he displays as his registered company address is false. I had to pay another tradesman to redo the entire bathroom.

Craig did a difficult kitchen sink replacement for me a few days ago. He visited to view the job first, gave his opinion & estimated labour cost separately from materials. He went further by searching & ordering the sink on our behalf, leaving the taps resourcing to ourselves. On the agreed day he arrived promptly & equipped and set to work. He discussed with us any hurdles & sought consent before resolving them. After around 5+hrs hard work he completed to the best possible standard. He was polite & courteous throughout & insisted on cleaning up afterwards. He honoured his estimate which was reasonable considering the many pitfalls created by the poor fitting techniques used on the original unit. I would use him again & recommend his work & skills for any domestic repair job. Well done Craig & thank you!
