HS Interiors

Unfortunately, we can not recommend HS Interiors to others. We had a very good experience in the showroom/planning/choosing sanitary ware, tiles, mirrors etc. This aspect of the service was highly professional and we proceeded with confidence. However, our experience when the job started was very disappointing. Whilst some technicians were very good, some did not respect our home leading to some damage and, on one occasion, our home was left unsecured whilst we were away for a few days. Our biggest issue was towards the end of the installation when we were advised that the shower we had chosen could not be fitted due to issues identified at that late stage with the existing pump. The solution offered was another shower pump/hardware that resulted in really poor flow. We were cross when we were advised that the existing plumbing had not been assessed at the time of planning the job and raised this with the project manager whose manner was extremely unprofessional, rude and highly problematic. Her colleague provided a better service but the issue remained unresolved for a number of weeks until a more appropriate pump was fitted/some pipe work rectified. It was disappointing that we could not find a complaints procedure for customers of HS Interiors and were advised that we could not escalate our complaint directly to Paul Faulkner, the owner. We could only write an email to a member of staff who would pass it on to him. Whilst we recognise others have had a very positive experience with HS Interiors, we felt that we should post a review that reflected our experience, perhaps in the hope that their service will improve.

Thank you HS Interiors for your excellent service which started with Patrycja who did a great design. Ian the main tradesman was superb and worked extremely hard to complete the job alongside his fellow team members. The house was kept tidy throughout and we opted to be away during the installation but were kept up to date my our project manager. The bathroom quality was superb and the finish amazing. We bought our fittings in the Winter sales and it was finished ahead of schedule would highly recommend the whole team.

My parents paid for neww £14k + kitchen 2 years ago, issues with worktop, still not sorted after 2 years! Avoid at all costs! In response to your reply.. what a joke! you've kept them up to date whole way? Only when they go down to the shop to chase it! The amount of times Gary told them was going to ring/or do something for them only to not hear anything and have to go down to the shop again to speak to him. Lots of promises nothing happens.

Sadly I can’t give no stars. Went in today looking for a new bathroom and kitchen and was ignored. Staff busy on Facebook. Not even a good morning. Somebody did say goodbye on my way out……

I cannot recommend HS Interiors highly enough. From the very start Paul Faulkner was very professional yet approachable; full of advice and guidance, yet he listened to our needs and designed us a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed and nothing we didn't! The kitchen units and doors are of great quality and competitively priced. Nothing was too much trouble and the after sales service has been exemplary. I would not hesitate to return to HS Interiors for my next bathroom and kitchen.

Came to buy a new ensuite, show room was very nice ,got everything we needed , Richard was very helpful gave us some great advice, got the ensuite of our dreams definitely recommend this company

Priced a boiler, told on shelf and on a quote ready for collection- so the lads could call in and pick it up- stripped out the old boiler and went to collect! No boiler! Offered a different on at £300 more! Bad form! Not something that happens with main merchants, worth the grief and hassle to save £80? I do t think so!

We have just had our bathroom completed by HS interiors and were very pleased with both the service from start to finish and the result. Patrycja, the designer, had absolutely the right balance between listening to what you wanted and suggesting things you might not have thought of. All the trades people were 100% conscientious with exceptional attention to detail, not wanting to leave any small part of the job until they were satisfied with the quality of the product and their work. A project manager also talks to you every day to keep you up to date with what’s going on and to deal with any snags. We would thoroughly recommend HS interiors. The two last pictures show the bathroom before refurbishment.

HS have just completed my new en-suite and we are extremely pleased with the overall service from beginning to end. From the outset of our first enquiry our sales advisor Patrycja was patient and listened to our needs and created a great layout and design for our proposed plan. The lead time quoted was met and work started on our new en-suite as planned. The installation team were fantastic, very considerate to my home, very clean whilst they worked and the quality of their work of a very high standard. Our work was overseen by Louise who visited the house on many occasions to ensure all was going to plan and updated me as the work was carried out. The overall transformation is now complete and it looks amazing, the quality of their products and workmanship is a very high standard. I have replaced many bathrooms and I can honestly say the team at HS Interiors are the best and I will definitely head back to them for my future projects. Great work at team HS Interiors ! Superb experience from start to finish ordering bathroom furniture for multiple rooms (Patrycja was excellent), the warehouse staff were great & on the day of delivery the driver even sorted all the boxes into piles for the various rooms. Forget ordering off the internet to save a few quid & support this local family business with first class service. :)

Top quality products, knowledgeable staff and good pricing. We bought a full bathroom from them and it was no problem using our own plumbers. The welcome, time spent to help us choose what we needed and attention to every detail was the same as for a full fitting service. Would go there again.

HS Interiors planned two bathrooms for me in the last year.Their experience and knowledge was extremely impressive.I was fitting both bathrooms myself and they were always happy to offer advice and answer any technical questions of which there were many.I would like to thank both Paul and Richard for all their help, their bathrooms designs are exceptional.

Out of this world interiors

Had a few material hiccups but they were dealt with promptly and professionally by Patryca. Mark and Ian did a fantastic job resulting in a fabulous bathroom.

The advice and help we got was excellent. We could not be happier with our. New kitchen, living, dining room. The whole team from design to installation and finishing paid attention to every detail. They also coordinated with our builders and assisted with recycling our not very old kitchen which really pleased both us and our daughter! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a bathroom installed 11yrs ago from this firm. The work was 1st class. They also do kitchens .

Great advice assisting with our choices, install team ran smoothly and all were extremely helpful and polite with the office calling each evening during the install to keep us updated on progress. This was followed with the few snagging points being resolved in good order. We have used HS for 3 of our installations over the last few years and have no doubt in fully recommending their service.

Terrible service, still waiting after 6 months for a breakfast bar we ordered, 2 attempts to make it then we were told they can't make it to the size required. Still waiting for feedback from 3rd attempt. Have to chase them to find out what's happening and they don't return calls when promised. Thank goodness we didn't order a kitchen from them. Wouldn't recommend which is a shame as it's good to use local companies.

We have recently had a new bathroom installed by H&S and would highly recommend them . We took our time making up our minds about what we wanted and the design team were very helpful and professional . The installation team were very well organised , punctual and courteous and the workmanship was excellent .

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish by HS Interiors. Recommended by a close friend & we were dubious at first at not going to a 'main stream' retailer by I am very pleased we went to HS. We actually ended up dealing with a great guy Paul Faulkner. Paul assisted us with the design & provided sound practical advice in the initial planning phase. This is definitely a case you get what you pay for as the quality & finish is incredible. All the tradespeople were clean & tidy (a massive pet hate of mine), on time, came to the house as planned & the fit & finish perfect. Well worth the 5 stars.

We bought three bathroom suites inc 3 Aqualisa showers over 10 years ago from Richard at HS Interiors when we were building our house. His help, service and professionalism were second to none. The quality of the suites has stood the test of time and still look fantastic now. Some of the plastic seals in the shower cubicles had discoloured over time and Richard ordered us replacements at no additional cost, that is true customer service, 10 years later and still valued as a customer. I would highly recommend HS Interiors and Richard, who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. 10/10 everytime.

Short blonde haired woman extremely unprofessional. She went out of her way to try and embarrass a member of staff in front of myself and a friend. Also felt judged based on our ages and didn’t feel we were taken seriously looking round. Whilst we are young, we were seriously looking for a new kitchen and would not want to go back here if it meant we were being seen to by that particular woman. Other members of staff were extremely friendly and felt right at home, really tried to help us. Overall mixed review as I was disappointed by this particular woman’s behaviour, but think the business could thrive if all members of staff were as positive as the one we were initially seen by. Would likely not encourage any family or friends to look around here, unless it was a last resort.

Louise Jackson is one of the employees at HS and is credit to there company and an absolute pleasure to deal with - always going the extra mile, we have viststed there showroom and purchased both kitchen and bathroom on two renovation projects properties. The quality, service and fitting have always been exceptional, I would certainly use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.

Wont be using hs interiors again. Waiting last two days at home for toilet fittings from Utopia that were not delivered four days ago. Assurred by staff at hs interiors it would arrive today. Plumber had to be cancelled yet again.

HS have recently installed another great kitchen everyone has commented on the quality of the units well worth it. We went to several places beforehand and the design that Paul came up with was definitely the best. It's the first time we have purchased bathrooms and again we are very happy with the quality.

After service was appalling. They just took my money and ran. HS interiors measured my kitchen but got them wrong hence I can't open the soap drawer to my washing machine. The extractor fan broke after 2 weeks and the manager Paul told me it wasn't his problem.. I spent 8 thousand pound and would expect some good customer service but instead got a very abrupt and aggressive attitude from Paul the manager.. My advice would be to go elsewhere I asked for cream plinths to match the cupboards and you sent silver...why would I ask for silver plinths when they wouldn't match the kitchen and would stand out like a sore thumb?....a lie on your behalf! Yes you did sort that problem. Regarding the extractor fan. You told me to phone the company myself and sort it out myself!. My transaction was with your store and not the manufacturer therefore you should have sorted the problem! And now for the biggest lie of all on your behalf. You did NOT advise me regarding the washing machine, I asked for free standing and not once did you advise against this. And your manager Paul was rude and very very arrogant. Like I said you took my money and ran! I wouldn't never recommended your store to amyone

With more competition HS Interiors have dropped from leading ranks in the area. Once the product is sold and installed they duck and dive in avoiding any defects, after service is poor. Having used them several times but would have serious doubts several ex customers appear to share my view.
