We have just had our bathroom completely changed, We called in at Mark Tibbs Ltd and spoke to Stuart and told him what we required. Stuart came to our home and he listened to what we wanted . No sales pressure just fantastic ideas. We agreed for the works to go ahead. A big thank you to Lee Jack and George (George doing most days alone) and Stuart who came in most days to oversee the project. The boys were polite and cleaned and tidied up after themselves everyday The outcome is top quality work using top quality fixtures and fittings. We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Mark Tibbs Ltd Marlene and Peter Smith Caterham

We have recently had our ensuite shower room refitted & we are so pleased with the result. It desperately needed updating but the thought of all the upheaval put us off. We needn't have worried as the whole Team at Mark Tibbs were brilliant from start to finish. Charlie our amazing bathroom fitter did a fantastic job, we couldn't have had anyone better. The quote was higher than we initially wanted to spend but changes were suggested to lower the costs & having had the work done the standard of work speaks for itself. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Mark Tibbs replaced our bathroom and did an excellent job. The design was exactly what we wanted, and the fitter was brilliant - he was quick, efficient, very easy to deal and a pleasure to have in the house. His attention to detail was amazing and we are very pleased with the result.

Absolutely 100% positive feedback for Mark Tibbs and Staff. Stuart was amazing from the start, coming up with and affordable but adequate bathroom for my elderly mum. We had to postpone due to my mum having an accident and being hospitalised. But once we were able to proceed Stuart and George were brilliant. Our bathroom looks so good. The service we received from both Stuart and George was professional, friendly and they kept us informed at all stages. George tidied up each day and did a thorough job which doesn’t always happen with trades! Would definitely use the service again!

When we decided our en-suite bathroom needed updating, we approached Mark Tibbs for a quotation. We were impressed with Mark’s knowledge and obvious experience. He clearly understood what we wanted to achieve and was able to offer some excellent advice and suggestions. This even included discussing such details as the optimum height for the loo seat. Mark gave us a fixed price quotation and a realistic estimate for a start date and timescale for completing the work. We were impressed with Mark’s team of tradesmen who were all clearly professional craftsmen -and some of the cleanest and tidiest workmen we have come across. They took great pains to ensure that we were happy with each stage as the work progressed. The work was completed to a very high standard, on time and on budget, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Mark and his team.

Excellent service, very thorough

Mark came recommended to me from a colleague, I contacted him and he swiftly booked us in for someone to come and take a look at our bathroom. A guy called Stuart arrived in a Craft signwritten van, I assume a subcontractor of Marks, so I guess this review is not directly about Mark Tibbs bathrooms, but perhaps he should choose his representatives more wisely. I explained to Stuart what I would like and that I had a firm budget of £15k. I said i could be flexible on certain elements so that he could design something to fit that budget. After a week he sent me a text to say he could do the bathroom for £17k with a very simple sketch to accompany it. He was suggesting keeping the layout exactly the same as existing, minimising the tiling by laying LVT flooring and not moving the doorway as requested. Minimal work, minimal tiling, no large changes. I requested a more put together quote so i could understand how it came to £17k with a view to reduce areas to fit it into budget. However his response was that he wasn't writing a formal quote as it was already over budget and not what I wanted anyway... no discussion about ways to save or the cost of each element so that i could do my own value engineering. Just what seems to be "this is what I want to do, this is how much it will cost you, end of" with no breakdown or proper planning. It seems you cannot get this company to fit a standard bathroom for less than £17k and if you are wanting to have transparency about the cost, you won't get it. Unprofessional rip off merchants. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

We used Mark Tibbs for an ensuite in our Edwardian flat. He had a full look at the flat and proposed a new location for the ensuite and was spot on. He is a genius as far as bathrooms designs matter. The proportions and design was spot on and the ensuite works very well in our flat. It doesn't even appear like a retro fitted one.We are absolutely delighted with the ensuite. The quality and the workmanship is good. Mark's team are very courteous and were very professional.

Mark Tibbs' team has been working diligently, professionally and with great care on our bathroom and bedroom. We couldn't be happier with the way they perform their work, and the quality the deliver. Well worth the time and money.

Mark Tibbs not only creates space-saving, stylish designs, fitted with the highest quality by a professional team, he helps sell your house! This was the feedback we got when we sold our last house (the buyers had three other identical houses in the road to choose from but the bathroom swung it) so he was the only choice to help us when we moved. If a bathroom can look as good as the day it was fitted 10 years on that’s about as good as it gets. Thank you for our latest one it’s fabulous.

Never did call me back with a view for a bathroom revamp. No problem we have found someone else to quote and carry out the work

From start to finish highly professional. Quick to respond to initial enquiry. Initial quote a good price but due to extras needing to be fitted, kept me informed before proceeding with work. I thought this would be a difficult job but he reassured me that it was not. He stayed in touch and came to check the work several times. The installers were very efficient and very tidy, even hoovered. A job well done from a very respectable company.

So nice to have a company that provide an excellent & professional Service from design to install, their finish was to a very high standard. Strongly recommended.
