Wayne and his team have been our "go to" builders for almost two years, starting with a small electrical job but more recently refitting a whole bathroom. I cannot fault the team in any way. Communication is great; prices clearly set out and very reasonable. The work itself is completed to a very high standard and everything left spotless after they finished. We have already booked the team to fit a new kitchen next spring.

Wayne and Alfie did a great job revamping the shower in my ensuite so that it feels like new - and Alfie also fitted a new mixer tap in the washbasin. Can't recommend Wayne and the guys enough, starting with a leak - three plumbers later, Wayne was the first to actually get to and fix it. Then a brand new kitchen, Wayne helped design and plan with some great ideas - they carried out all the work to a very high standard, fitting, plumbing and electrics. They were very good at working around any issues, always clean and tidy, and most importantly, genuinely nice people. I will use them for any future jobs for sure. Thanks guys!

Wayne totally refitted our bathroom last year. Not only an excellent job in all aspects, but the attention to detail was superb. He is THE most cleanest and tidest, reliable contractor we've ever had during our total renovation of our property over the years. He is now over seeing all aspects of my Mother's property, again doing a great job. Suffice to say, Wayne now is our Number One to go to in all aspects of property management.

Recently brought a property that was in need of a major overhaul! Although we undertook to carry out most of the work ourselves I got Wayne and his team in to completely re furbished shower room, and to undertake some plumbing and electrical works. All works completed as quoted even with my amendments during which Wayne took on board and delivered excellent friendly service and we now have a stunning shower room thanks to Wayne and Alfie can't go wrong with these guys 😁👍

From start to finish Wayne and rest of the company have been amazing. We needed a lot of work done to our new house and Wayne listened carefully to my changing requirements as he prepared the quote. The new bathroom is stunning and is completed to exceptional standard. No job was too small and they did everything on my list from decorating, to add new doors and changing all the light fittings. They are polite, have an extensive knowledge of the building trade and are flexible. It was so easy having one company take care of all the refurbishments. The happiest customer has to Milo the dog as they laid turf in the garden and he has loved rolling all over it. Thank you.

Wayne and Alfie did a marvellous job on our small dated downstairs cloakroom, transforming it to a modern neat cloakroom with storage for the essentials needed. They were great at adapting to new requests and problem solving when problems came up. They were friendly and approachable and gave great attention to detail. They made a very good job of clearing up. All in all a superb job and we will be using them again as jobs come up. We would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with all the work that Wayne has done at my Mum’s retirement flat. Her new shower is definitely a much safer space than the original bath. So happy with the work Wayne has done for us refitting our en suite and doing some tiling in our main bathroom. Fast and efficient, taking only a couple of days to get everything done. The finish is to a very high standard and Wayne was incredibly professional and left zero mess each day and at the end of the job. Wonderful job by Wayne. He's incredibly conscientious and professional. We are over the moon with the work he has done and how hard he worked. Lots of tea needed! I would absolutely recommend him for any job and honestly, we wish we had known about him before for some of our other jobs. I'm sure this won't be the last time we use him. had to have a new hot water tank as the old one leaked and was very old wayne and mathew where excellent the job was excellent and they clean up afterwards and make sure your safe and happy before leaving cant recommed them enough

We have used Complete Property Services for work on our property for a number of years.They have done flooring, showers and they were excellent when dealing with an emergency leak. Competitively priced and Highly recommended!

6 weeks ago Wayne came along and gave us a very competitive quote to redo our dated bathroom.He gave us a lot of very useful information and suggestions which we found to be very helpful.Waynes quotation was very thorough as to what he was going to do and sure enough he carried out the work to a very high standard for a very competitive price.He made sure that each day he cleared up and left us with services fully operational.
