We have had a leak since moving into our current property in February, we were assigned two other plumbers by our agent to get this rectified and unfortunately neither of these other companies tried to communicate with me regarding a suitable time, I had to chase them multiple times. Luckily our agent assigned this current company to our issue and within 24 hours Jack had organized a date and rectified the issue. I don't believe he was on site for more than an hour either. He kept me updated through the entire process over Whatsapp and asked for videos and details regarding the leak before attending site. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so professional and friendly! I am definitely keeping his details for any future jobs and would 100% recommend him to anyone who is looking for an incredibly reliable plumber.

I phoned Jack on bank holiday monday and as promised he arrived within 15 minutes. This is the first time he had been to the house and I found him extremely polite and helpful explaining everything that needed to be done, even taking photos so I could see the leak under the flooring.
