Opal fitted our bathroom 4 years ago, it was a smooth operation, and the bathroom was fitted to a very high standard. Recently we had a problem with our shower, Jimmy sorted the problem, even though the supplying manufacturer did little to help him, whilst he was doing this he also re-sealed our shower tray for free. Suffice to say we would highly recommend Opal , in fact we wouldn’t consider anyone else!
Absolutely fantastic service - couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Everyone we dealt with was lovely, polite and professional and they left the place clean and tidy every day. We’re thrilled with the results and really appreciate the care and attention they put into the job.

I accidently dropped my wedding ring and it fell down the sink drain in our ensuite. I called into opal and Jimmy was very helpful and asked me to send some photos of the waste pipe as I couldn't see a u bend. He then came to the house and took the pipe work off but unfortunately Mt ring had gone lower down in two the waste. I would highly recommend the company.

Measured up at a home visit but never gave us the quote. Indifferent attitude , I am really surprised a small local firm has enough business to treat a potential customer this way and I would not recommend them.
