Where else would you go and be greeted by name after first visit and continue conversation about your wet room, as though you had never been away. Quality of goods fantastic! We are absolutely delighted with the whole process of redesigning 2 bathroom areas in our home. Upstairs we replaced the bath with a wonderful shower area (much easier for my husband following 2 strokes!) with matching furniture, tiles, flooring etc and downstairs we replaced the existing shower making it easier to use, with all new accessories. Throughout the whole process Ryan was pleasant, helpful and supportive and John and his merry band of helpers were excellent in their trades. We could not recommend highly enough. I highly recommend Harris Bathrooms. They provided all my high-end bathroom furniture and worked directly with their trusted fitter Martin, MJM Bathrooms to handle the installation. Ryan was incredibly patient throughout the process, understanding that this was a significant investment. He truly cared about getting everything just right for us and wasn't ever pushy. He was also very accommodating to changes we made along the way, which is a big plus for such a big project!

Genuinely couldn’t recommend Harris Bathrooms and Ryan enough! I was nervous about getting our bathrooms done as I had no idea where to start, but after being recommended Ryan by our fitter the process has been fantastic. We met for a few consultations to discuss our bathroom, and Ryan helped me find products that I loved as well as meeting our budget. I changed my mind a few times and Ryan was always happy to change the products and help me - he communicated throughout with our fitter and everything was very smooth. On a side note, I did all this whilst bringing a five month old with me and everyone was so welcoming and friendly with us both - that makes such a difference. Thank you Ryan - you are amazing!

From the friendly welcome to completion Ryan was excellent, we have just had a bathroom & en-suite fitted and after looking around at other competitors Harris Bathrooms came out on top. Ryan talked us through our options and gave us a design to work from, and at no time did we feel under pressure to rush our decision.We went back to the showroom several times, to be met with the same professional and friendly welcome.Ryan was more concerned with us making the right choice for our needs than making a sale, and helped suggest alternatives to optimise the space we had. Once we made our decision Ryan sorted us out with a fitter (Martin Madden)who was excellent and the corespondents between both made for a smooth install. Excellent Service I have been meaning to post a review of the service Harris Bathrooms provided, for some time, as we bought the white goods products for our new bathroom, in March 2023. We looked at 3 other bathroom product providers within the Southampton area, and all provided poor to mediocre assistance, or didn’t even help us as we walked around their showrooms. My wife and I was on the verge of giving up looking at bathroom showrooms, but looked online and found Harris Bathrooms. From our initial visit Ryan could not have be more helpful, his attention to detail for our needs, was first class. The white goods and bathroom units we bought were of good quality and fairly priced. All were delivered on time without any issues or problems. Just had three bathrooms renovated and refitted and couldn’t be happier. Ryan was a great salesman and not pushy, he made useful suggestions but we ended up with what we wanted. It helped that the large showroom had a lot of the products we wanted. The fixtures, showers, sanitary ware, etc, were high quality and delivered on time. The fitter, John, was excellent and took pride in fitting everything to a high standard. Would highly recommend Harris Bathrooms.

After reading all of the positive reviews online I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day but he came across as extremely uncaring and unhelpful. I was really shocked at the service I received and wouldn’t ever step foot in the store again. I had high hopes and expectations (mainly after reading all of the previous positive reviews) but after a terrible first hand experience there, I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone.

Harris Bathrooms have given us a shower room and cloakroom to be proud of. Ryan patiently steered us through all the choices in his attractive showroom and the work was executed with great care by his fitter John. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

We visited Harris bathrooms a couple of months ago on the off chance looking for ideas for tiles for our project. We received a friendly welcome and Ryan was happy to assist us and advise on all aspects of our tiles even down to the grouting and trim. We placed our order that day, tiles arrived the next. We're so pleased with the finish, especially with the gun-metal grouting which we had never considered till Ryan suggested it. A honest pleasure to deal with this local family run business. Excellent service from Ryan who organised a complete refurbishment of my elderly father's bathroom. He ordered the new bathroom suite , gave good guidance and arranged the installation with his recommended installer.

We were very apprehensive starting the process of getting a new bathroom and cloakroom installed as we had specific needs. We decided to go to the local showroom and found we had made a very wise decision. Ryan is such a likeable person and he can't do enough to advise and help you. I felt like I was forever asking him questions but he took this in his stride and remained calm and polite. He helped me pick some good quality products and the bathroom and cloakroom are exactly as I wanted. I wouldn't have any qualms in recommending Ryan and his bathroom products.

We had downstairs cloakroom renovated first and looked so good, then decided to have bathroom fully renovated. Ryan friendly, very helpful and professional with great showroom, the virtual reality suite gives you a good idea of how things will look. Work excellently carried out by fitter Andy. Would definitely recommend.

A very friendly and professional business who went out of their way repair and issue caused by another builder. She had a bespoke shower screen installed on the back of a poorly designed wet room. They rectified the issue very quickly and efficiently. The installer Dwain was thorough, cleaned up after himself and even put a towel rail up at no extra charge.
