Turned up but left 10mins after I asked questions and refused to Quote. Possibly a scam, want people who don't ask questions and are compliant

Couldn’t fault the work carried out by Tom, he is thorough & done an excellent job installing my new boiler. I would highly recommend using Tom for any plumbing needs and I would rate him a 10/10.
