Ratcliffe Home Improvements

Phil David and Tom did our 3 patios and a pergola to a very high standard. They were accommodating to our requirements that did change as we saw the project developing. Phil’s knowledge helped design the pergola and enabled us to get good prices for the materials. I would highly recommend them to carry out building and landscaping work.

Fantastic service! Called for two problems and both times Phil has come out and fixed our problems straight away! We will be using this service again!

Phil and his sons offer a fantastic service for all building work from a new bathroom to landscaping and patios.I have used them many times over the years .They are always a pleasure to deal with, reliable, honest and the quality of their work is excellent.Could not recommend highly enough

Great ensuite installation by Phil and his team. This is the second time we have used Radcliffe Home improvements. Would highly recommend.

Phil Ratcliffe has completed 3 plumbing jobs for us recently and has also replaced faulty window fittings for us. We have been very satisfied with his standard of work. Thank you Phil, from Carol and Steve

Phil Ratcliffe and his two boys took off half our roof tiles battens and rotten felt and restored with new felt battens and replaced the tiles and added some new matching ones. They arrived punctually every morning at 8 and worked till 6 finishing the job ahead of schedule. Great job thanks Phil

Professional team who communicated well and did a good job I will be using again and will be recommending to friends.

Good job by Phil David and Tom to install new decking layout for us. Would recommend and no hesitation to use in future.

Phil has heloed us with a number of projects over the years, these include Bathroom refit including a shower cubicle & sink unit, replacement radiators & replacement taps. We are very pleased with his work and would highly recommend using his services, without any hesitation.

We have had Phil and his sons round to do a number of jobs for us over the last few years involving a number of construction skills and all work has been carried out to a Very high standard at the expected cost with no surprises. Honest trustworthy family firm highly recommend.

We asked Phil to quote for our bathroom upgrade, including rerouting plumbing to have a low-level shower and removing a "step-up" for the toilet. Two other builders had told us this was not feasible with our bathroom setup, but Phil disagreed and quoted a price of about half the cost of the other builders. We now have the bathroom we wanted! Phil completed the job within the estimated time, we're very pleased with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

Great service, nothing is too much trouble - and very capable - we have had everything from patio re-laying, plus drainage - to wood flooring and plumbing. I actually have Phil on speed dial now!

Phil and team have carried out a number of projects for us over the last couple of years. They can turn their hand to practically anything... We have always been thrilled with their excellent work ethic and the quality is spot on! We'll be back with the next project soon. Dave and Angie
