Ben at Oakley and Norman was very patient with us in designing our bathroom and was very honest in his opinions too. We have a family house but were undecided about taking the bath out, only because of resale. Because we are planning on staying here we went with the bathroom we wanted which make a large walk in shower. The room is small but has everything we need in terms of cupboards etc. I think we adjusted the plan about 3 times but Ben was very patient with us. Much easier doing it face to face in the show room too. Ben was able to provide a fitter, Shaun, who was brilliant throughout the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very polite, very tidy and talked us through everything he had done that day and any adjustments we might need. Would absolutely recommend Shaun. The overall experience was great and pain free. Any problems with deliveries which were only a couple, were resolved quickly and efficiently without holding up the work. Full box of tiles were returned and credited back to us without any issue. We would thoroughly recommend Oakley and Norman and the fitter Shaun. Thanks guys.

Fantastic service from Jamie and the team, from initial design, right through our changes of mind, down to the final fitting and after care. We are so pleased with the results, nothing was too much trouble for this local company. If you need a new bathroom/showeroom, look no further, these are the people to use. Oh, and see if you can get Shaun as the fitter, again a superb job.

Fantastic experience dealing with Ben from Oakley & Norman. They were recommended by a friend of ours and thank God they did. Managed to save us quite a bit of money compared to Wickes. I cant speak highly enough of Ben, he knows his stuff and would give great suggestions based on ideas we had at the time. He was dropping samples round our house and patient with us when taking our time in deciding on what to go for. We used Oakley and Norman as they had done my parents bathroom which they designed around my dad who had dementia and mobility issues. Our bathroom was a refit and Oakley and Norman design and service was amazing and went without a hitch. Highly recommend Ben, Jamie and Andrew.

Fantastic experience recently using Oakley. Andy was fantastic designing WC, family bathroom and en suite all specific to their usage. Great to have designs to look at and to be able to sit down and make amendments simply. Jamie was great with aftersales, super speedy deliveries and great at finding alternative items where necessary. Would highly recommend.

We recently had a kitchen floor tiled, a repair to the tiling in our bathroom and a shower door fitted by Dan at Oakley and Norman. We cannot recommend him highly enough. His communication is brilliant, his work is first class and he has a wealth of advice and tips. We have a unusual shaped kitchen and the tiling could have been done in various ways. Dan took time to explain the options and to make sure we were happy with our final decision. Kitchen fitters and carpenters who have since fitted our new kitchen have commented on how good the floor tiling is. Dan is a completely genuine, polite and friendly bathroom fitter/plumber who couldn't have been more helpful and who also left the job exceptionally clean and tidy. Easiest recommendation ever. Oakley and Norman also quickly supplied and delivery additional bathroom parts with minimal notice.

oakley and norman supplied our complete bathroom and we found them to be very helpful , they were a great help when planning and selecting options . All were delivered when required and even a couple items with minor damaged were replaced very quickly . The quality of the bathroom is excellent and looks fantastic now finished , would highly recommend .

We approached Oakley and Norman to help us design replacements for our existing shower room and bathroom. Unlike other so-called design companies, they showed a genuine interest in helping us design layouts that worked for our needs. They were then able to source a range of high-quality fixtures and fittings as well as connecting us with some highly professional plumbers and bathroom fitters who could do the installation. Throughout the process both Ben and Andy were responsive and full of good ideas and suggestions. When it came time to install they arranged delivery directly with the fitters, they resolved any issues with fittings directly with the suppliers and were able to quickly source new / changed items as we (inevitably) changed our minds on some of the finer details. All in all it was a great customer experience and I feel we have ended up with two high quality bathrooms at a good price. Highly recommended.

Andy is an absolute star, we wanted to change the layout but had no idea how best to use the space, he designed everything for us with different options etc and was really helpful throughout. Great service and results from Ben and Andy. We had recently re-mortgaged and seriously needed both our downstairs cloakroom and upstairs bathroom updated. What impressed me from the beginning was their consultative approach. We had no real idea as to what we wanted so they both took the time to sit down with us and listen to what we were looking for before talking about options (which they then proceeded to design on their large TV so we could see what it would look like before committing). They explained how we could re-design both rooms, gave us suggestions on how we could move the bathroom appliances around to gain more space and advised on what type and style of bathroom units would suit our property. Worked like a dream and we are very happy with the outcome. You don't often get this personable level of service these days (maybe I'm old school!) so would highly recommend.

Over the past three years we have had three separate bathroom projects, a full bathroom, a cloakroom and most recently an en-suite, designed and fitted via Oakley and Norman. We recently replaced our ensuite and used Oakley & Norman for the design and supply. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and designed us an ensuite which has really transformed our use of the room. They use quality products and we couldn't be happier with our new ensuite. They are very responsive to changing parts during the fit if something unexpected happens. Our fit happened during the 2nd lockdown and Andy and Ben we're very accommodating to ensure we had everything we needed for the fit considering the difficulties across the whole supply chain. Since our fit, we have used their services to supply us with new bathroom taps in our main bathroom as their customer service is excellent.
