I recently needed a hot tub repair and had a great experience. Dom, who carried out the work, was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explained everything clearly, and presented the costs and repair options upfront. No payment was requested until the work had been satisfactorily completed. The repair and service costs were very reasonable, especially compared to another company I dealt with previously, who immediately pushed the most expensive “solution” without carrying out a proper diagnosis. I really appreciated the honest approach and would not hesitate to recommend Dom to anyone needing hot tub repairs or servicing.

We inherited a 20-year-old, barely functioning hot tub when we moved into our new home and we honestly weren’t sure it could be saved. Thankfully, we found 360 Hot Tubs and Dom worked his magic! He managed to repair the tub, get the broken jets working again and bring it back to full working order. Dom also carried out a full service, and our water has never looked clearer. Dom was friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He gave us great advice on how to keep everything in optimal condition moving forward. Spoke with Dom today regarding my erratic hot tub after trying numerous other companies who didn’t answer nor respond to enquiries. Dom quickly answered my call and explain in detail about the faults I was having and the method to rectify. He was very attentive super professional and was offering a swift service to ensure I didn’t lose my hot tub over the festive period. 360 Hot Tubs did a great job servicing our Hot Tub, we were very happy. Professional, friendly and good value for money.

360 degrees Hot Tubs have been looking after my Hot Tub for a couple of years now. The Tub is quite old and has needed quite a bit attention. Some of the issues have not been so straight forward and replacement parts hard to get. Dom has been great in trying to keep it running and upgrading parts as necessary. Dom is always reliable with his appointments and went the extra mile to try and keep our Tub operational over Christmas period. I can recommend his services.

I would like to give a massive thank you to 360 Hot Tubs for diagnosing our problem and rectifying it very quickly and at a very reasonable cost too. I used a company b4 I found 360 HTs and I feel I was over charged and they did not fix the issue either. Emailed hot tub 360 and Dominic got back to us the next day to look at our second hand hot tub that we had brought and one of the jets was not working. Came out a week later . Found what the problem was . A week later back with a new part and hot tub all working now. Helped us sort out how to use the control panels and what things mean. Nothing was no trouble for him. 360 Hot Tubs were recommended to me after being messed around by Hydropool, and i can see why Dom was recommended. I could not fault the service. I would highly recommend 360 Hot Tubs, and will be using the company again in the future. Dom went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful- its lovely to see there are still genuine people out there. 360 Hot Tubs also charge reasonable rates, and fixed my hot tub quickly and efficiently.

Dom went above and beyond to help us get our hot tub up and running when we moved into our new house. Fair price and fantastic service! I messed up our chemicals to begin with too and Dom was straight back out to help me get it sorted the very same day! Highly recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The service I received was 1st class. From finding the faults to compleating the work there was no pressure or hidden costs. Most defininatley would not go anywhere else now. Dom is not only professional but he is honest, reliable and efficient along with being very personable. I have absolutley no reservations what so ever in recommending 360 hot tubs.

Great service, very knowledgeable and efficient would highly recommend. Having quoted for a new pump over the phone in the end only needed to replace a capacitor at a fraction of the cost.

I cannot recommend Dom enough. After being passed from pillar to post by unhelpful companies that didn’t want to help and left me confused and stressed all it took was a quick conversation with Dom. Not only was he helpful and available but he came and collected my hot tub pump and took it away to work on. I was guaranteed that I would only be charged if Dom could fix it and fix it he did! The price was more than reasonable and the turnaround was right in time for the weekend. Since having it back the after care from Dom has been great and he has even come out since to check everything after incurring a few other issues. I have passed his number onto other friends with hot tubs and cannot praise him enough. Thank you again Dom, you’re bloody marvellous!
