Had our bathroom retiled by YPT. They communicated with us fast when we put the job out and we received a quote for two possible options that night over WhatsApp. Nathan arrived on the day he said. I didn't meet him personally but my wife who was working from home commented that he was very polite, respectful and tidy. He worked for a solid 5-6 hours on both days and left the bathroom with a high quality finish. Nathan responded to our many questions before the job via WhatsApp and clarified what we wanted before and during the job to reach a good end result. Due to not all the materials being needed that we thought we would need, the job came in slightly cheaper than expected and Nathan passed on the savings to us. Overall happy with the job, glad we got it done and have recommended to a friend at work.

The tiler was so nice, he communication was very good, he went through with me everything he was going to do. Once finshed he tidied up after himself and make sure I was happy with the work he had done before he left. Would definitely use this company again and would recommend them.

He also gave good advice on what tiles to buy, and if we needed for the floor (our kitchen floor needed levelling before he could tile). Would avoid at all costs. If you have an issue with work don't expect a resolution. Expect to be met with sarcastic remarks and standoffish attitude. Poor quality, incorrect materials used, spent thousands on a really poor finish.

Having been let down by a tiler at the last minute to finish alterations to our kitchen. Looked at reviews re this company. Made contact. Nathan was very helpful and courteous. Came to see us and because of our circumstances agreed to come and carry out the work this weekend. Very competitively priced and he and Sam worked tirelessly through Saturday and into Sunday. I cannot speak too highly about the quality of the work carried out. 11 out of 10. Cleared up after finishing each day and at the end gave a thorough clean. We have had a bigger challenge on ourselves, the moment we decided to have a bigger (120 X120) tile on about 60 sqm area. We were looking for a tiler who has experience with a big tiles and confident enough to handle them, after going through so many tradesmen we found this gem called "Nathan". In simple words, we are really happy with the work, he has done tiling in our living room, office, kitchen, dining and a signature wall in dining area too , it wasn't a straightforward job, but he has given a right justice to word expediency and produced a stunning floor finish. I would also like to mention , during my last 6-7 months project he was the only trader who was such efficient and cheery on the top was the way he kept site tidy was good. We are really happy with his work & professionalism and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nathan and Yorkshire Premier Tiling for a great professional quality finish.

Avoid at all costs, unreliable and unprofessional. We arrange for YPT to come and tile our kitchen. We obtained a quote, purchased the tiles as advised and arranged a date. We agreed a few days before on a time that they would arrive and confirmed the booking was still on. Gets to the day and nothing. Noone turned up, no phone call, no communication, nothing. Tried multiple times to get in contact but no answer. So wasted a day off work to sit around waiting for part time "professionals". Now off to find a proper tradesperson who actually wants to earn a living.

Don’t waste your time with this guy what an absolute time waster

Booked this tiler approx. 3 weeks or so ago to come do a big tile fitting job in a new build (also ordered all the tiles etc ready for the job). After chasing the guy on the day of the job in the morning, he replies saying he can no longer come that day but can come the next. (This was after booking annual leave and driving over to the property early that morning). This happens AGAIN the next day. After this, we hear nothing more- no reconciliation or apologies which is completely unacceptable and unreliable. Now myself and my partner are having to battle to find someone else at short notice as we're due to move in 1 weeks time. Really unprofessional with a lack of communication and care, where we've been left completely unsatisfied. I will NOT recommend this tradesman and I will definitely NOT be quiet about how we've been let down at such short notice.
