We're delighted with the bathroom Thomson Properties fitted for us. Our fitter Mark was friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. He always kept the work area clean and tidy, which made the whole process much less disruptive. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding as was his attention to detail. Every aspect of the installation has been finished to an exceptionally high standard, and it's clear that Mark takes real pride in his work. We were also very impressed with how well the project was managed. Liam, our project manager, visited regularly to check on progress and ensure everything was running smoothly. Mark also sent daily video updates back to the office, giving an extra level of quality control and reassurance that the work was being completed to the highest standard. I would highly recommend Thomson Properties. They recently refurbished our ensuite bathroom and did an excellent job. Both Liam and our fitter, Adam, were a pleasure to deal with. Adam was excellent and has a fantastic 'can do' attitude, going above and beyond to come up with solutions and ideas to issues that arose along during the job. Liam was also always on hand to discuss ideas/alterations to the original plan and regularly popped in to check progress. They were also very respectful of our house and tidied at the end of every day. A really professional firm and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Thomson Properties recently installed a brand new family bathroom for us. This work included knocking down a wall separating the toilet and bathroom, ripping out the old bathroom suite, building a new stud wall where the toilet door had stood, tiling, putting a new floor down, building us a bespoke laundry/airing cupboard and of course fitting all the new bathroom installations, including a walk-in shower. Nick was pleasant, polite and diligent, and communication with the company - whether with Liam or the office - was second to none from start to finish. The standard was excellent and our new bathroom looks amazing. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently appointed Thomson Properties to carry out full renovations on three rooms. Cloakroom, laundry room, and boot room. Full strip out and refit. Mark was our designated fitter throughout the project, and we couldn’t have asked for better. He was exceptionally diligent, conscientious, and consistently focused on doing things the right way rather than the easy way. The house is very old and there were inevitable complications along the way, but Mark handled every challenge calmly and professionally. His workmanship and attention to detail are truly excellent. Whenever issues arose, Mark communicated clearly, explaining the situation and drawing on his experience to suggest practical, well-considered solutions. We really valued the collaborative approach and felt involved and informed throughout the entire process. Thomson Properties recently completed a full internal refurbishment of my property, including fitting a new kitchen, bathroom and en-suite. I can highly recommend their services. I needed some ad hoc work done around some pipework. The team were amazing to make time to fit me in around their larger, scheduled jobs. The work ended up taking longer than expected and took a couple of trips by Thomson Properties to the plumbing shop to get the right parts. Never complained. Always polite. Very happy with Thomson Properties refit of our kitchen / diner space. From the start, they were really clear and upfront about costs, keeping me informed about additional costs on a weekly basis. Jason spent more than 3 weeks in the job and was a pleasure to have in the house - his years of experience made him a really valuable sounding board. His attention to detail is excellent and their follow up care to make sure we were happy was also great, I highly recommend!

Without exaggeration the best team we've had work on the house in 5 years' worth of steady renovations. The Thomson team are professional, friendly, flexible and above all, deliver a high standard of work and finish. The project management is particularly superb and takes a huge weight off -- I was pregnant at the time and they pulled out all the stops to complete the work before the baby came! Excellent work. Very skilled staff and professional site management - even on a smaller contract. Two bathrooms and a drainage system. Perfect job as recommended. Hose kept clean at the end of each day. Friendly. Based on experience of other builders, I was amazed. They even fitted a trap door for access to pipes and a shelf without being specified.

We cannot recommend Thomsons enough. Full credit to Jamie’s exacting standards and to his team for reaching those standards every day throughout the month. All tools were tidied up and floors cleaned daily. Floors throughout were very well protected. Adam, Nick, Chris and Liam were an absolute pleasure to have around and their attention to detail was exceptional. Delighted with the results. We will definitely use their services again if required.

What fantastic customer care before during and after the project of installing a new en-suite for us. Jamie has been extremely helpful throughout. The after care is really impressive answering all our calls and ensuring that we were happy. Liam popped in throughout checking that our installer nic was getting on nicely and keeping us updated and mark who ripped the old suite out and prepped up ready for the tiling was also very friendly. A really good company and I am overall super impressed with the final outcome. 10+ stars from me and we will be contacting them again for out master bathroom in due course. I can heartily recommend Thompson Properties for the kitchen refit work they did for us in September/October 2024. They have a team of very versatile, skilled, respectful and intelligent fitters, plumbers, electricians and associated trades. They all take the time to discuss options clearly with the customer and do go well beyond normal expectations to produce the desired results. For our project, a team member was allocated to do the bulk of the fitting work and to be on site for the duration of the project. My heartfelt thanks to Artem for his masterly skills, dedication and good humour throughout. The Thomson team stripped an existing kitchen of its units and re-installed half of them into another room giving us plenty of additional storage space. The main kitchen was then totally stripped out – units, plumbing, electrics, floor, ceiling, plasterwork. A lot of old redundant plumbing was rationalised, the floor was insulated & tiled, the ceiling replaced with excellent downlighters. Perfect plasterwork, where needed. Wren-supplied kitchen units were fitted with great attention to detail and set off by some very fine and detailed tilework. The project management was very well co-ordinated by Liam and was completed well within our time expectations and without any delays. We are delighted with the result. We will seek out Thomson Properties for any future projects that may arise.

We have recently had Thomson Properties renovate our family bathroom. First impressions count and when Mark and Jamie arrived - punctual, professional, polite and immediately starting covering/protecting floors - we knew they would do a great job whilst respecting our home. Thomson Properties have been amazing, we used them in our last house where they did such a fantastic job tiling our ensuite in a particularly difficult pattern! We had 5 quotes to take a downstairs bathroom out and move it upstairs and turn the old downstairs bathroom into a small larder cupboard and utility area. Thomsons were by far the standout company in terms of their technical understanding of what needed to be done, their quick response and clear and fair quotation after an initial visit. We could not be happier with the work they have completed. Our bathroom, utility room and larder cupboard exceeded our expectations – they truly look fantastic and in keeping with our Victorian cottage. The work was carried out in a timely manner and within expected costs. All the men who worked in our house (plumbers, electricians, carpenters) were polite, tidy (our house was hoovered and swept up at the end of each day) and a pleasure to have around. The work was led by a man called Ben who was outstanding in every way – quiet, unassuming and extremely knowledgeable. In December 2022 Thompson Properties fully refitted our bathroom. We were so impressed with the works that we invited them to quote to refit our new kitchen in 2023. This work was carried out in December 2023. As with the bathroom, the quality of the installation of the kitchen was amazing and one month on we are enjoying our new kitchen and I am also pleased to say we have had no issues with the now 1 year old bathroom installation. As a couple who have owned a number of properties and renewed kitchens and bathrooms in the past, we have learnt, sometimes to our cost, that the most important part of any new kitchen and bathroom installation are the installers. Please remember the best products can and will be ruined by poor installers. With this in mind we highly recommend Jamie and his team to carry our any and all works in your kitchen and bathroom and Thompson properties are the ONLY installation company we would use

We used Thomson Properties to fit our Wren kitchen during July/August 2023 and are delighted with the result. The scope of supply included not just fitting kitchen cabinets but new lighting, herringbone flooring, complete decoration and fitting 5 new wooden interior doors. Jason who was on site every day was punctual, professional, skilled in multiple disciplines and very friendly. He made sure everything was to the standard he would have wanted in his own home, that we were informed each day of the planned activities and that every thing was clean and tidy before leaving each evening. The WhatsApp chat thread with the team which we all used was invaluable in ensuring good communications so that there were no surprises. Chris designed and installed the lighting system exactly to our spec and connected multiple appliances which all work perfectly. Jamie's initial estimate was accurate and the process of agreeing the extras we requested worked very well. Our experience with the Wren sales and delivery process was excellent but the performance of Thomson Properties installing the kitchen was exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We had Nick and Jaime who were an amazing team. They paid attention to the little details, and had very sensible suggestions on aspects we weren't entirely clear on. Also outstandingly helpful with managing some suprises - eg unexpected piping changes which will make the next rennovation stage much easier. And they managed the job without the usual dust throughout the house. We asked them to come back for our kitchen rennovation and that went just as well with a bigger team and we would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone rennovating. "Aftersales" service also amazing - as is inevitable there were a few small glitches found after the job was finished, and these were resolved within days of being identified.

Jamie and his team fitted a new bathroom for us 5 years ago and they were the first people we called when looking to do work on our kitchen. The project was a relatively large one, completely removing the current kitchen and shower room, removing a load bearing wall, adding a stud wall, redoing electrics, fitting kitchen and rerouting sewage pipes for a new utility room. The service throughout was absolutely faultless. Jamie was always to quick to reply to any questions in the run up to the build, kept us fully informed as the project went along and everything happened just when he said it would. Ben and Liam who were on site did the work to a high standard, were so considerate to the fact that we had to work from home and cleaned up every evening so it really felt like there was as little disruption to us as possible. Even two months after the work was complete I walk into the room and smile from ear to ear at the results. I can’t recommend this company enough!

A joy to work with from beginning (before lockdown) to end (after lockdown). We had two bathrooms done completely, one of which involved moving a stud wall to increase the size and re-siting the hot water tank - quite complex work. They also knocked through between kitchen/dining room to create a new space, they fitted our kitchen and arranged for us to have a beautiful quartz worktop. All the work is of excellent quality and finish, the team pay real attention to detail and give thought to their work. I cannot recommend Thomson Properties highly enough.
